28- the question

It's been five years since we graduated and I've been with Shayne ever since. We all went to dinner and the squad had been with us ever since. Dinner was really good and I loved it. We got a really big table. After dinner was over we all walked outside. Shayne was holding my hand and I let go of it. Shayne seemed confused but then I grabbed something out of my pocket. I said
"Shayne I've always loved you. You are really the love of my life and I want you to know that. I want more though. And I hope you do too." I kneeled down on one knee and pulled the thing out of my pocket. Shayne was getting really nervous. I could see it in his eyes. I pulled out a little box and I could see Shayne getting more nervous in his eyes. He started to cry and everyone gasped
"Shayne will you marry me?" I said opening the box. Everyone gasped even louder this time. Shayne cried even more and yelled
"DAMIEN YES!!"
I was so happy and he pulled me up and kissed me. I kissed him back with a big smile on my face. I was so ready for a long marriage with The person I loved. Shayne Topp. I could feel his cheeks running with tears of happiness. Everyone else was practically screaming. He let go and everyone ran up to us and hugged us. We got in the car and Shayne said still with tears
"You...really got me there Damien. I thought something else but now we're engaged. And I couldn't have wanted it differently."
"You didn't even try the ring!"
He pulled the box and put on the ring
"Do you like it!"
"Damien it's perfect" he said while bringing me in for a kiss. We got home and he wanted it so bad. We had sex and fell asleep. That was the happiest night of my life.

8 months later

Shayne walked down the aisle and the preacher said his script. We both said I do and it was time to kiss. I leaned in for a kiss It was the happiest moment of my life and I could finally be together forever with Shayne. We had an after party and danced forever. We got home. Had sex and fell asleep.
