4 years later...

Napapikit ako sa aking mga mata habang dinadamdam ang malakas na hanging lumalapas sa aking katawan. Today is so refreshing to start and I couldn't help but smile because of how refreshing the wind is. Mabilis ngunit malamig at nakakagaan sa loob.

It's been year since the war happened. Hindi ko na alam kung anong nangyayari sa labas sapagkat tinalikuran ko na ang aking sarili na harapin muli ang mundo pagkatapos nun. It has been a rough journey on self-acceptance and forgiveness to myself.

Akala ko hindi na ako makakaraos pagkatapos kinuha ang lahat-lahat ng sa akin. I never expected that life would be so cruel to me to the point where I could never achieve happiness, once again. After turning my back to the world, nahihirapan na akong bumangon pa. I've lost the people who gave me the strength to move on and the faith to trust myself again. I never talked to anyone and never went out in my little shell. I isolated myself because of the extreme pain I felt.

Sa nagdaang apat na taon, ang ginawa ko lang ay magmukmok habang iniinda ko ang sakit nang pagkawala ng aking mga mahal sa buhay. Akala ko wala na akong pag-asa para ipagpatuloy pa itong buhay ko. I abandon everything that I have and want I want. I blamed myself for what happened. And I regret being alive after that.

But I realized that mom, dad and Sebastian would be disappointed if I don't continue my life. Their death would be really in vain if I abandon my own journey and stop in the middle of the road. Siguro, binuhay pa ako ng tadhana dahil mayron pa akong misyon na kailangan tapusin, and a purpose to serve this imperfect world of magic. I may let my emotions took over me but I redeemed myself and fought back to the fight I didn't finish. I still have a happy ending to finish. And may the soul of my love ones guide for I will take a new step in fighting back the life I was owned.

4 years is about for me to let loose and mourn over the loss. Panahon na para bumangon at itama ang dapat itama. Kung anong naranasan ko noon, hindi dapat maranasan ng lahat. Everyone deserves a life that gives us peace and prosperity. Wala na dapat ibang tao ang makaranas ng sakit ng kahapon.

There are still evil intentions that needs to stop and begone forever. Wala nang kasamaan ang maghahari pa at sisimulan ko ito sa aking misyon na hindi dapat magtagumpay ang nakasulat na mga propesiya.

My prophecy is finished and it wasn't a good ending. Dapat kong tigilan ang nakatakda at labanan mismo ang tadhana. Ngayon ako ang unang tao na titigil sa anumang balak ng tadhana na sirain ang libong-libong buhay. I will never let fate ruin the lives of other and the life of the whole Magic World. Hindi ko hayaan na magtagumpay ang Diyosang may maitim na puso. I will fight her once again and bring an end to this endless sufferings.

So, my love Sebastian, mom and dad, guide me and protect to me for the step I am about to protect. Hindi na ako ang dating Emerald na nakilala niyo. I am now the new Emerald that is more stronger, braver and fiercer. Hindi ko hahayaan ang propesiya na tumakda sa bago kong buhay. I control my own life and not a piece of paper can dictate what will happen to me in the future.

Dahan-dahan kong binukas ang aking mga mata at tumingala sa pangalan na nakaukit sa mismong mga bato. Mom, dad, Sebastian, justice has finally been served properly. Sana'y nasa mabuti at tahimik kayong kamay. What happened to all of you mustn't happen to anyone. And I won't let any bloodshed to this land of ours because of what's written in the prophecy. Gagawin ko ang lahat para tigilan ang nakatakda at maging tahimik ang mundong ito.

My eyes darted to the mask I made while I was redeeming myself. Kinuha ko iyon at tinignan ang bawat detalye napakaloob sa mismong maskara. A white half-face mask that is a shape if a bird's beak. It has green linings to its edges and has designs of wavy patterns that compliments the whole mask. Mayron rin itong feather na nakasabit sa kaliwang parte ng maskara.

Napangisi ako. Sa maskara magsisimula ang aking misyon. Sa maskara ding ito tatapos ang paghihirap ng lahat. I'll use this mask not just to hide my identity but to spread that I am a hero that will put an end to all of the sufferings happening on this world. I will use a new name for people to recognize who will save them from evil. The Green Vigilante.

My grip tightens. Bumuntong-hininga ako at dahan-dahan isinunuot ang maskara sa aking ulo. Pagkatapos ay kinuha ko ang aking itim kapa na may hood at isinunuot naman ito. I tied the rope just to secure it from my body incase it might fly or be removed unexpectedly. I took on the hood and faced the whole world waiting for me to be saved.

Hinawakan ko ang aking kwintas na ibinigay sa akin ng aking katipan. Nawa'y gabayan ninyo ako sa aking magiging misyon at bagong buhay. Sana'y maging matagumpay itong gagawin kong misyon na ipinakaloob sa akin mismo ng Diyosa ng Liwanag.

Starting to this day, I will start. I start my first move for peace into this world I called 'home'.

Kinuha ko ang isang susi na nakalagay sa aking bag. I gathered all my magic energy and put it unto this key para gumana. Nang umilaw na ito ng kulay asul agad ko itong itinaas at isinambit ang mga salita para gumana ito.

"Varius' Key, I command you,
Bring me to the place,
The second prophecy will be written."

At umilaw nang napakalakas ang susi na hawak-hawak. A blue portal suddenly appears right in front of me. Unti-unti itong lumaki hanggang sa maabot ko na ang mismong entrance na ito. Nang malaki na ang lagusan, agad akong pumasok at sinira ang lagusan.

Second Prophecy, here I come.

"Huwag mo siyang hayaan maging reyna."

[A MAGIC COUNCIL'S POINT OF VIEW]

"Report!" Sabi ko sa isang sugo nang nakita kong papalapit ito sa akin.

Mukhang mayron na siyang bagong balita sa kung anong nangyari sa mga kingdom nang buong Magic World. Napangiti ako. "Magaling kung ganun." Pero teka... Nasaan-?

"Except for the Ice Kingdom, sir, the King and Queen is found dead while their child is missing."

Tanginang propesiyang ito.
