5:movies

I can't believe I just let Tobias in with no one else in the house. I mean it's not like he or I would do anything it's just, that it doesn't feel right. He is here about 3 hours before anyone else will get here so I decide we can watch a movie in our living room.

"Okay Tris I picked out 3 movies for you to choose from. The Conjuring, Insidious, and Paranormal Activity."

Why did he choose all of these scary movies. That is one thing I absolutely hate Scary movies. "why all the scary movies?"

"Are you afraid Trissy?"

"Umm no they're actually my favorite.Put the Conjuring in" that was a big fat lie. He slides the disc in the player and jumps back onto the couch right next to me. When I say next to me I mean it. We are smushed shoulder to shoulder, when there's a whole other couch and a whole other cushion on this one. And the movie starts, well actually the previews. So we talk during them.

" do you consider me a good friend Tris?"

Wow that was an unexpected question that makes me think. He is a great friend and probably one of the best. "yeah you are a good friend Tobias. Actually you are my best guy friend."

"And your my best female friend Tris."

"Thanks Tobias" and he hugs me. At first I am shocked, but then I hug back. We pull apart and stare into each other's eyes, about six inches apart. Were going to kiss. I know it, but I can't let it happen. I've only known him for a little over a week. I need an excuse to get out I this.

"Umm the movie is starting." I break our stare and look to the TV. From the corner of my eye I can see Tobias was still looking at me for a few more seconds. I see hurt in his eyes.

"So Tobias have you seen this before?"

"Umm no actually I haven't. You?"

"Nope."

"K" we watch the movie in silence. The beginning is kind if boring, the house itself though is beautiful. It gets scarier as it goes on. The one daughter sees something in her room, now the mom is playing the clapping game and she hears it in the basement. I figured it out before it happened, that's not her kid. And the clap is behind her head.

I scream and practically am now sitting on Tobias lap. I keep my head buried in his chest except for one time I look up at the screen and this creepy little girl thing is on top of this armoire/closet. I keep my head buried in his chest.

Until he finally says "tris it's over"

"Thank god."

"I thought you liked scary movies? you were so scared that you are in my lap."

I look at our position, he is right. I am siting sideways in his lap and his hand is on my lower back. I scramble off.

"Okay so maybe I lied about the scary movies thing."

"It's alright Tris I'll protect you."

"With what?"

"My bare hands obviously."

"My hero" I say sarcastically. We sit in silence for a few more minutes just staring at the blank screen shoulder

To shoulder. Then I feel something wrap around my hands. I look down and he is holding my hand. Now I look up at him and he is smiling without his teeth. I stretch my neck so my head is up to his and kiss him on the cheek. Then I relax and place my head on his shoulder. There is still about an hour until everyone else comes so I decide to drift off to sleep on his shoulder. I'm excited to go to this haunted house after our 1-hour nap. Next thing I know my world goes black.

Guys totally Fourtris Chapter! And when I said my world goes black I mean she fell asleep not passed out or died FYI. Haunted house chapter next and then the sleepover/candor or dauntless chapter after that one.
