Paintball:17

We get to to he Paintball Arena and it's absolutely huge. There is a miniature sized ferris wheel, small towers, fair rides that are broken down. Then I realize it's suppose to look like a run down amusement park. It's actually kind I creepy. One of the workers there walks up to use and hands is all our guns, flags, and tells us the rules.Like no climbing things over 20 ft high, no physical contact that could hurt one another, and no cursing. Well we will have to see about some of those rules.

"Let's split up into teams." I say.

"I call Tris!" shouts Uriah.

"Not fair." whines Zeke.

"Why do you guys want me on your team?" I laugh

"Umm because for one you were in kick boxing and second you have an amazing shot." says Uriah.

I just shrug kind of agreeing with them.

When the teams are finally split it Uriah, Shauna, Will and I against Zeke, Marlene, Chris, and Tobias. We put on our armor and the teams split. We head towards a pinball game right next to the Ferris wheel.

"Guys where should we hide it?" ask Uriah.

"I think we should hide it in the pinball

Machine shack and have one person stay and guard and the other three go get their flag. But how are we going to find their flag." says Shauna.

"I don't know Will is the mastermind, think."

Why they are arguing I decide to get a Better view. I look around to find a spot to go and then I see it. The Ferris wheel, it's so obvious. I climb the rungs until I can see the whole arena. Then I look around for a minute. I see it. A bright green flag hanging in a fake tree next to a carousel. I start climbing back down. When I get about 20 feet off the ground a loose rung detaches itself and I fall towards the ground. I brave myself by putting my hands behind my head and expect to hit the ground. But I never do. I land on something much softer. Then I hear a grunt and realize I landed on someone.

I jump off their body onto my feet and hold out my hand to help them up. But I soon am exchanging that hand for a paintball gun. It's Tobias, and I can't let him shoot me.

"Thanks for umm softening my fall."

He moans. "it was my pleasure."

"Now back to the game. Either leave or I'll shoot you."

"Wow you run a tough bargain." he jumps up and runs off. I run back to my team.

"Where were you at tris." ask Will.

"Well why you guys were arguing I found out where their flag was."

"Where?"

"Over by the carousel" I say pointing in that direction.

"Wow good job. Uriah, Will, and Tris go get it and I'll stay back here and guard." demands Shauna.

We nod and sling our guns over our backs and start to run.

"We need a plan. So Will and I will go around front as a distraction. While tris you go around back and grab it." says

uriah.

Once we can see the carousel I see that Chris, Mar, and Zeke are all about 20 ft in front of the flag facing away from it. Bu to don't see tobias.

I crouch down and walk around the back of the carousel and tree. I wait for the signal and Will and Uriah start shooting so I stand up and run to the flag. When I'm about 20 feet away Tobias pops up from behind a horse.

"Well well tris we meet again."

"Yes we do, now why don't you back away so I can get the flag."

"Not happening until you talk to me about what happened."

"Now that's not happening."

"Fine." he says then rings his gun up to shoot me. I see the paintball fly but I do this tuck and roll move and dodge it. Before he can shoot again I send one flying towards him. It it's him right in his weak spot. He falls to his knee holding his groin. I jog past him.

"Sorry didn't mean to shoot there, but I told you I'll talk when I'm ready."

He just moans and I grab the flag. I wave it around and cheer. Will and Uriah come up and lift me also cheering. Then Shauna comes sprinting and joins us. Man I can't believe we actually beat them considering they had Tobias and Zeke.
