Deranged|Team Flash x Reader

"My request is about a girl who's a crazy meta, who either had superspeed or manipulation of shadows. (She could do things such as kill w/ it). She had no control over it, either. She was scared of herself because she had no control of her emotions and couldn't control her powers and ended up killing her family in an explosion. She tried committing suicide by cutting and obviously that didn't work and Flash intervened, even though she is a "villian". After almost dying, the team gave her mood stabilizers and she ended up getting the help she needed and became a part of team flash. Cisco became a role of a dad for her.
P.s
-she saw people that were technically dead. They were part of the speed force or they were shadow people that were inside of her head.

*flashback*
"Mom.." You mumbled. "Dad.."
Everything was set on fire. The walls, desks, chairs, everything was being burnt to a crisp. Your vision wasn't exactly the best, so you couldn't get out of there.
"They're gone." Axel growled, gaining your attention.
You slowly turned your head, a sour look plastered on your face. More of disgust.
"You did this." You said. "Didn't you?!"
Shadow Man. You call him Axel. Mainly because when you explain who he is, or what he is, people stare at you as if you're crazy. Which is only half of the truth. Different life, different mind, which always leads to different actions. You weren't normal, nor will you ever be normal, but the world gave you hope, faith, but it all went burning to the ground.
Literally.
"I suppose..." Axel said with a sigh. "What else do you want from me?"
"But you're not real. None of this is." You yell.
"Good job, I brought a fire extinguisher then." Axel shrugged. "Try calming the fire down. It seems more excited than you are, anyways. I thought you wanted them dead?"
"We had an argument! That's what families do!" You scream. "This is all my fault."
"Well..to be technical..."
"Just stop talking. Stop talking to me." You began to tear up. You could feel it. "Leave me alone.."
*flashback end*

"Agh!" You choked out, your arms managing to hit everything around you.
Breathe. Breathe.
Your forehead was sweaty, your cheeks were stained with tears, and your heart was pounding a mile a second. You inhale sharply and exhaled just as hard over and over again, hoping to find the oxygen that you clearly couldn't find.
It was just a dream.
"You sure about that?" Axel grinned. "Last time I checked, your parents were still dead."
You jumped at the sudden outburst of words, only giving you another heart attack.
"Stay out of my head." You swallowed hard, but still managed to roll your eyes. "That's violating my personal thoughts."
"Just go back to where you came from." You then add.
Axel didn't reply at first, but he didn't hesitate to sit at the edge of your bed.
"My application was mostly ironic, I swear." Axel said. "But you most certainly should lower your voice. You don't want Nurse Jacky back in here, do you?"
He tilted his head enough to get a good view of your stained cheeks and puffy eyes.
"Oh shut up, the most they could do is send me to the quiet room."
The quiet room.
Where they send misbehaved patients to "calm down". Animal noises, but the room is pitch black. But sometimes, you don't even hear the noises they put on the speaker. All you hear are screams. The terrible, terrible screams.
