We checked our class schedules. Taehyung and I have most of our classes together, I only have a couple with Jimin and Jungkook. I sighed and mentally prayed that Taehyung and I stay out of trouble in class. I'm trying to set a record of zero detentions for at least just this semester. But being in the same class with Taehyung would make that hard to achieve because he always manages to involve me in all his shenanigans in class.
The first class that I have with Taehyung this morning is Trigonometry. "We should sit next to each other," he yanked me in the classroom, dragging me to an empty table. Eyes followed and glared at me as Taehyung held my hand and literally pulled me beside him.
"Yah, don't pull my sleeves! And can you please sit at least five seats away from me?" I said and straightened my blazer, feeling a bit shy because a lot of the girls started whispering around us.
"Aww, why? But I wanna sit next to you! Please! Please! Please!" He pleaded in his best baby tone of voice, I chuckled and hit his head playfully. "Stay out of trouble," I said to him and sat down, ignoring the jealous stares that followed us.
Surprisingly, Taehyung kept quiet for our first period. Because he was sleeping almost the entire time in class. Next period came, and he still continued to nap with his mouth hanging open. I shook my head and sighed as I jotted down notes from the chalkboard. Well, at least he did stay out of trouble. The only time he is well behaved is when he is sleeping, I guess. The teachers let his lazy behavior slide, probably because it's the first day of school so they tried to go easy on him. Taehyung is known as a school rascal, anyways. His behavior isn't new to the teachers.
"Want to eat outside by the food stalls?" Taehyung asked as we walked out of the classroom together, Jimin and Jungkook were already waiting for us in the hallway. "Ani, I'll eat with my brother today." I shook my head in response and he just shrugged.
Even more eyes followed and glared at me as I walked with the three boys, the stares were worse out here in the hallways as I walk with all three of them compared to when I was sitting in class with just Taehyung. "Why is she still always with them?" "Oh she's so lucky she gets to hang out with them all the time!" I heard them whisper and hiss. If only they knew that they didn't have to feel jealous at all, hanging out with these boys feels like babysitting three toddlers. Aish, what a headache! If only these girls knew. Taehyung, Jimin and Jungkook were also well known in school, only because their devilish good looks match their mischievous personalities.
"YAH! Did you see this new skateboard? It's limited edition! I heard they're selling this downtown!" Jimin said and excitedly showed us the picture on his phone. It was an all black skateboard with gold rims. My eyes widened— not at how cool the skateboard looked, but at how expensive it was.
"DAEBAK! It looks so slick," Taehyung commented and zoomed into the picture, looking further into the details of the wheels and gold rims. "That shop isn't too far from here, maybe we should check it out after school?" Jungkook suggested as he admired the picture as well, seemingly ignoring the price listed below the image.
"Ahh I can't go with you guys after school, I have basketball tryouts tonight." Taehyung said. I waved goodbye as they sped off on their skateboards.
I walk into the school cafeteria and sat beside my brother. "Here, I already got you a food tray. Eat up," he said as he slid a food tray in front of me and munched on his rice cake.
A few moments later, his friends sat with us on the table as well. I glanced up to meet Jin oppa's eyes and he smiled. "How's your classes so far?" He asked as he unwrapped his kimbap. "So far, so good. I have most of my classes with my bestfriend," I replied and Jin oppa shot me a thumbs up as he chewed a mouthful of food.
