Jimin hadn't eaten properly in days, too consumed in his own guilt and ignorance, crying every so often as he was sprawled in his bed.

He hadn't gone to school in the past two days and had gotten yelled at a few times by his mom for not getting out, but Jimin honestly didn't care.

His eyes were raw, red rimmed and puffy from all the tears he had shed into his pillow as he replayed certain events over and over in his head. 

He hated it, hated himself for being so blind and selfish. Taehyung was right. He was just a self-centered brat that couldn't handle commitment. 

But the worst part was the fact that Jungkook hadn't texted or called in those two days. There wasn't a day that used to go by where the younger wasn't calling him or at his house for dinner and now they hadn't even heard from each other. 

Jimin felt weak, drained, his head feeling like a million pounds as he raised it to see what time it was. 

9:00pm

"K-Kookie, I'm so sorry." He mumbled to no one in particular when he heard his phone buzz. Excitement buzzed in his system but he tried to ignore the flash of the screen indicating he had a text message. 

Eventually he opened his phone to see who it was. 

1 new message from yoongs

2 new messages from unknown number

The boy's brows furrowed in confusion as he clicked on the texts from the unknown number. 

??:hey cutie

whats up :)

jimin: whos this?

??: don't worry about that

i just wanted to let u kkow that ur really cute

and precious

and that i vvalue ur existance

Jimin tilted his head at the incoming messages, his mind racing as he attempted to figure out who it could be.

Jungkook? Doubtful. Yoongi? Maybe, but why would he message from an unknown number? Taehyung? Probably not considering the way he had left the last time the two were together. 

So then, who could it be?

jimin: umm thanks

??: just someoen who wants to see u smile
