Lucy's P.O.V
Tonight was the real prom night. (Yes it is, I'm not tricking you with a dream) I got the dress Levy helped me pick out and put it on in another room while Natsu was in his getting his outfit on. A short, pink dress with lace around the rims. I walked downstairs, waiting for Natsu which wasn't long. He soon came down in his nice tux and smiled at me.
"You two ready to go too your final prom together?!" His mom teased, walking up and squeezing both of us to death.
"Yep. We're ready! Let us breath please!" Natsu and I said, gasping for air as she let go, just to tease her.
"Well, get in the car. You're almost too late to be fashionably late!" His mom panicked, shoving us out the door; Wendy was walking to prom with her own friends.
We arrived at the school, seeing party light illuminate from the inside. Natsu helped me out as we waved good bye to his mom, walking ingot the loud school.
"Another reason I have to not come to prom!" I nearly yelled just for Natsu to hear me.
"Aw! Come on! You can't have the slightest fun? Besides, that's not going to be the weird part. The weird part is-"
He paused as he opened the doors to the main room.
"Getting all of these stares." He pointed out, every staring at us. How could they not. We're a Popular with a Non at Prom.
Populars and Nons don't mix.
