•Chapter 30•

Justin's pov:

Me: I'm here. Do you want me to come in or?

My babyyy💗: No! My mom is home. I'm coming out right now.

Me: Ok.

I put my phone in my pocket and watch his front door waiting for him to come out. He does finally and comes over to my car.

"My mom can't see your car so let's take yours. I can drive though." He says.

"Sure." I nod. I get out and he gets into the driver seat and I get in the passenger seat. We close our doors and he leans over, kissing me sweetly.

"I'm so happy you're out of the hospital. You are going to love our date." He smiles.

"If you say so." I smirk and he starts driving. I would say maybe fifteen minutes later he stops the car in front of a restaurant. I know this restaurant but I've never been inside. I've heard it's really beautiful inside but also expensive.

"Baby." I pout. He looks at me. "This place is expensive." I say.

"And that's why I'm paying." He smiles.

"I brought money though I can pay." I whine.

"I brought you on this date, I'm paying." He laughs and gets out of the car. I do to and he grabs my hand. I smile down at our hands and them up at him. We walk in and get seated. I guess he already made reservations.

We look at the menu in silence. I look up at him every once and a while to see him looking at the menu. I look up again a few seconds later and see he's not looking at the menu anymore, but at me.

"See something you like?" I giggle.

"Nope. I see something I love." He smiles.

"Well so do I." I lean forward in the booth and just look at him. He's so handsome.

We tell the lady who is our waitress what we want to drink and then what we want to eat. She walks away and I can't help but notice Raegan just staring at me with a thinking stare.

"Babe you okay?" I ask. He seems to snap out of it. Whatever 'it' was.

"Oh yeah fine. I-i got you something." He says.

"Like a gift?"

"Yeah." He nods.

"Oh. I-i didn't get you anything." I say a little embarressed.

"Oh no don't feel bad. It's not anything special I just wanted to give you something to show you how much I love you and I will never give up on you. Ever." His cheeks get a bright pink.

He reaches down in his pocket and he pulls out a little jewelry box. He stares at it for a minute and I give him time. He looks up and slowly hands it to me. I take it and admire the even beautiful box before slowly opening it. My eyes swell with heavy tears that I couldn't contain. It's a beautiful ring. It looks like diamond. It's so pretty omg.

"Raegan." I say almost inaudible as I take it slowly out of the box. I place the box on the table and wipe my eyes from the tears. I admire the ring wanting to start crying again but I don't. I don't want to embaress myself in a restaurant.

"Rae, how did you afford this?" I ask looking at him now. I haven't put the ring on yet I'm still holding it.

"I'm not telling you until you put it on." He says. That means it was really expensive. I look back down and put it on carefully. It fits perfectly.

"I guessed on your ring size. Glad it fits." He smiles. I get up from the booth and walk over to his side. He moves over and I wrap my arms around his neck. I know he has a smile on his face as his arms tighten around my waist.

"Baby I love it." I pull away and look at it again.

"So, h-how did you-"

"A little of my college savings."

"No! You didn't. Did you?" I ask in shock.

"I did but it's okay. Don't worry about the amount." 

"Oh my god." I peck his lips. "I love you." I smile.

"I love you more."

"I can't believe you got me this." I say staring at it.

"Anything for you, Justin." I look up and see him smiling.

"Go back to the other side of the booth. Our food is coming."

Leaving the restaurant

"Well, I'll get out now so you can have your car back. He laughs. We get out and stand in front of my car.

"Again, thank you for the ring. I love it and I'm never taking it off. Unless necessary." I laugh. He smiles.

"And again, anything for you." He says. He pulls me close to him and kisses me gently. Our lips move in sync for maybe 30 seconds before we pull away.

"Text me later. I love you." I say.

"You got it. I love you too." He says and kisses my hand with the ring on it before walking into his house. I get into my car and actually start to freak out. He gave me a ring! A diamond fucking ring. Oh my god I love him.

I drive home and go inside to see my mom on the couch almost alseep.

"Mom." I laugh. It's only about 7 oclock. "It's early."

"I know but i'm tired." She laughs getting up from the couch.

"What's so shiny on your finger?" She asks. Wow she noticed already.

"Oh uh." I don't say anything and just show her. She grabs my hand and looks at it close in shock.

"Justin that's diamond." She says.

"I know." I smile.

"R-raegan got you this. Didn't he?"

"Yeah. And I love it. Almost as much as I love him." I say. She lets go of my hand and sighs.

"I swear you are making it harder and harder for me to say you guys need to break up."

"Mom we aren't. When I'm eighteen we want to get out own apartment. Be happy for me because it's happening." I say. She smiles. She's smiling? What?

"I'm happy for you. Once your eighteen you can move out and stay with Raegan. It will be your decision and I know you will make the right decision." She smiles. I smile back hugging her.

"Thanks mom."

"Of course. I love you Justin."

"I love you too mom."

Welp, I'm in school and I just want to go home 😭 long chapter for this book tbh lol
