Daniel's POV

Sweat dripped down from my forehead. The tiny room made it easy for me to get claustrophobic. My heart was racing.

What's going on?

The door creaked open, revealing a familiar face.

"Where am I?!" I hissed, panicking. "What do you want now?"

She approached me. "Don't worry,
Y/N's safe."

"No. You did something to her!" I shouted, squirming in the chair, hoping the rope would somehow untighten.

She stroked my face, making me uncomfortable. "Why would I lie to you, Daniel?"

I glared at her.

"Don't look at me like that" she snarled. "I have a plan for you."

"No."

"Yes, and you are going to complete this task, or else you'll regret it later."

I clenched my fists. "Or you are going to regret trying to do anything after I get off of this chair."

She laughed, it was almost hysterical.

"Don't you get it? I know you still love me. Which is why you're not going to hurt me, and you're going to follow my rules."

Anger rushed through my body. Is she really this crazy?

"You were an actor as a child, right?" She asked. "For a commercial."

I didn't respond. I just looked at her.

"I'm going to need words, honey."

"Yes," I mumbled. "And don't call me that."

"Whatever. You were an actor. I'm going to make you seem like a psycho killer in front of Y/N," She said. "You are going to make it look as real as possible so she doesn't like you anymore."

"Or what?"

"Or this gun will meet Y/N, okay?" She pulled out a pistol and aimed it at me. I flinched.

"Now if you turn against me, I will kill Y/N anyway. Understood?"

I didn't say anything. I didn't nod. I didn't agree.

"You have a month."

With that, she left, leaving me alone in the room.

Depression overwhelmed me.

I'm sorry Y/N.
