{Council pov}

"Did you hear that Zachary? They are calling for the next guardian." Amber said nervously. Zachary nodded and began to think.
"Who do you think it is?" Amber asked and Zachary doesnt answer. Just continues to think. The thundering sounds from zardious were never heard for thousands of years. Now it explains why its happening now. The war. But the real reason is anti. The devils have a secret weapon that we dont. Maybe thats why the guardian was chosen. To fight against the weapon.
"Zachary, they are calling. Do you think its a good idea to go to zardious and see whats going on?" My wife asked, i shake my head no. Not giving and explanation. "Zachary, we need input. Speak." Quinn says "there is no input needed. I know, the gods of order had requested for the new guardian. Im just thinking if it would be possible to meet the new guardian. If its even necessary." Zachary answers. Everyone els talk amongst one another for a plan and Zachary sits there thinking of a possible way to get the guardian to fight in the war. He then comes up with an idea and stands up and everyone is immiedietly quiet.
"I would like a spy to walk around trying to find anyone who might give off any suspicions about being the guardian." He orders, everyone nods and a messenger was sent out and a spy from far away comes flying inside and bows "what would you like me to do?" He asks "find anyone that gives off the suspicions of being the guardian and bring them here. I would like to have a word with them." Zachary demands. The spy nods and flys out in The town to find the guardian.

¤Y/ns pov¤

"Really? The guardian is with you? Which one of you is the guardian?" He asked and i step up, his eyes widened and bows down. I never expected that to happen. Is a guardian really that important? Cause if it is then wow. "Please, walk inside. They are waiting." He says, he puts his sword away and nods. We walk through and see ALOT! Of stairs.
"The books never said anything about stairs." Mercy said annoyed and mad.
"Oh yeah i forgot, my book said that you cant fly to the palace itself. Its heavily guarded and you will be considered as a threat. Plus it has magic surrounding it. So we have to walk up the stairs." We slowly turn to Percy and he chuckles nervously, scratching the back of his neck.
"Percy." Mercy says "yeah?" Suddenly mercy grabbed his throat and Percy squirms around trying to breath.
"WHY DIDNT YOU TELL US IN THE FIRST PLACE IDIOT!" Mercy screams a pushes percy. He picks him back up and hold him off the side Of the mountain. "Lets see if your quick enough to open your wings to fly once i let go." Mercy hisses, "MERCY! WE HAVE NO TIME FOR THIS! LET HIM GO AND LETS GET GOING!" I yell at him, mercy lets percy on his feet and we walk up the stairs.
"Percy did the book say how much stairs we have to walk up?" Blu asked and Percy nervously fumbles with his fingers. "1 thousand. Hehe." He chuckles nervously. "Percy im going to murder you once we get there." Mercy says and continues to walk up the stairs.

(Time skip)

"Oh my goooood are were there ye-"
"CAN YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP COMPLAINING?! I WILL THROW YOU OFF THIS ENTIRE MOUNTAIN!" Mercy screams and Percy glares at him. "Guys knock it off. Were almost there. I can see a golden beacon." I say and soon enough we arrive at golden gates guarded by heavily armed guards with big swords. "Hault! State your business." He says sternly and i walk up. "Im the guardian. Please let us through." I said, the both bow and open the gates to let us inside.
"Oh my goooood more stairrrs." Mercy slapped percy for complaining and walked up the stairs which led to a palace door. "What do we do?" Jake asked i shrug "knock?" We all shrug and i knock on the very big golden door. It opens to reveal another guard. "Im sorry we are not inviting any visitors at this time. Come back later." He says, he aas about to close the door but we stop him.
"Im the guardian. Please let us inside." I say and he bows "so sorry. Come. They are waiting." He lets us inside and we follow him to the main room which has alot of people inside. They stop talking and look to us.
"I sense the guardians presence. Please step forward." A deep voice growls, i step forward and i see a man with white hair, golden armor and golden crown. "Pleasure to meet you. Its been thousands of years. Please would you like something to eat or drink?" He asked and Percy walked up "yes we are rather hungry. Say yes." He whispered the last part to me and i roll my eyes. "Yes please." I say. "You really shouldn't have people make decisions for you." A woman with straight blonde hair says.
"My name is Edith. Honor to meet you." She bows and walked away.
"My name is andy. Pleasure." Another man with purple hair kisses my hand and winks. "Shes taken." Blu says.
"Oh? Is that so? Well my apologies." The man says and walks away.
We all eat at a table and three people walk to us. All men.
"We were the gods that have called for you guardian. Tell us, would you like to study and train here?" One man with grey hair asked. I thought about and look to me new friends.
"Only if they get to stay." I say and they nod. "Of coarse. We will welcome your allies." A man say with a smile.
"Now, if you are the guardian then you might have the guardians voice." The man with grey hair says.
"Lets introduce ourselves. My name is arengar." The man in grey says "my name is zen." A calm man with white hair and a scar on his left eye says.
"And im draggor." A man with gold and black hair says.
"Now that we are done with introductions we are here to answer questions you may have. Ask away." Zen says. "Well, why was i chosen?" I asked "you were chosen because you were the most powerful soul with a strong voice. On of Your ancestors was a guardian. You have the guardians blood." Arengar answers. So one of my ancestors was a guardian? So i must have their blood. Maybe i was chosen to stop the war. "Whats the guardians voice? I heard you mention." I asked and they look to on another. "Well, its complicated to explain what it does." Draggor says.
"We will answer that question another time. Any other questions?"
"Yes do you have chicken here? Im still hungry." Percy says, mercy looks like he has reached his last nerve with this kid. "Percy?" Mercy asked.
"Yeah?" "Shut up."
"Well, make yourselves at home. We will have rooms prepared for you all as soon as possible. But please, feel free to explore. We all have work to do." Arengar says and the three of them leave. "Percy your and idiot." Mercy says holding the bridge of his nose. "Guys dont start." Sandy said, annoyed about their endless bickering. I was getting annoyed too and wish they would stop. This is serious and the last things we want is one of us dieing because we cant get along. I walk around the palace with blu following along. "Hey y/n?" Blu asked looking down. "Yes?" I asked, he looks sad about something. He fumbles with his fingers and looks in my eyes. "We've been on a wacky adventure so far. Please, what ever happens, can we still be friends no matter what?" Ha asked and i smiled. "How about we stay best friends?" I askes he smiled his biggest smile that can light up the world.
"Yeah!" He says happily and hugs me. I hugged back and we continue to walk around to palace.
