Sydney's POV

"This one would look nice on you!" Loren smiles as we look through the dresses on the rack. She pulls it out and hands it to me. "Not my style," I shrug. She rolls her eyes and puts it back. "What is your style?" She asks. I shrug. "I'll know when I see it," I shrug. "So I heard Joey is taking you," She smiles. "Just because Hunter isn't here," I sigh. "Are you really that naive?" Loren asks laughing. I shoot her a confused look. "Joey likes you, Sydney," She sighs. "He can't like me," I chuckle trying to hide my curiosity. "He does. I overheard him talking about it," She smiles. I shrug. "I'm with Hunter." "Let's just hope he respects that," She sighs. I push the thoughts out of my head and continue looking. "SYDNEY!" Loren practically screams through the store only minutes later. My face flushes red with embarrassment as the lady next to me looks at me.  I look over at her while she laughs. "Look at this one!" She smiles holding out a two-piece dress. My jaw drops as I walk over to her and look at the dress closer. "You like?" She asks. I nod and smile. "Try it on!" She squeals. I take it from her hand walk over to the dressing room. I try it on and my smile only grows.

I walk out and spin for Loren. "I love it!" She smiles and hugs me. "It looks so pretty!" She squeals. "We're getting this," I smile as I walk back into the dressing room and change into my clothes. "How much is it?" She asks when I finally get out. I look at the price tag and my smile instantly falls. "What? What's wrong?" Loren asks. "It's $200," I sigh. "I'll pay for it," Loren smiles. I shake my head and sigh. "I'll find a different one," I sigh. "I'll put it back," Loren sighs. I nod and hand it to her. She smirks and grabs it before sprinting towards the cashier and putting it on the counter. I run after her, trying not to run into the people blocking the way. By the time I get there, she had already paid. I swat at her arm. "You know you could thank me," She laughs. "Thank you," I smile hugging her tightly. "You're welcome," She laughs.
