This player named #ero who saved me from aggressive mobs earlier decided to help me level up. He sat near me to rest for a while and to restore HP. I don't know if it's just my imagination or not, but, I can feel his warmth, his existence near me....even inside an unreal world.
"I wonder where is his country..."
The thought of being friends outside the gaming world entered my mind..but...
'...is that possible?'
I shook my head.
"It would be nice if that happens", I muttered to myself with a smile.
"You.. follow me", this Ero said after a while and stood up while looking at some direction.
"Huh? Where?"
I watched him walking forward a bit.
"Lower level. Follow me", he said as he faced me and point on his left with a smile.
"Eh?", I said in surprise since he just said earlier to me to just stay near the entrance because its dangerous.
He turned his again his back facing me and waved his hand, telling me to come, without looking at me.
I stood up hesitating to follow him, "bu-but the bats there are stronger.." I can feel my nervousness running throughout my whole body.
"It's fine", he paused for a while and look at me a bit. "Just stay close to me", he confidently said.
"Ehh?! That was still dangerous. I might only be killed".
I watched the big bats that's flying around. I'm still scared of mobs. I'm scared of dying and it might be painful to receive attacks too.
He sighed. Just as I thought I'm just annoyance to him. I looked at his feet. He walked towards closer to me and stretched his hand.
"Come"
"Huh?, I looked at his face.
"I'll protect you", I heard his serious tone trying to comfort me.
I felt an unfamiliar feeling inside me. I shook my head again. I must focus.
"Okay", I responded back but didn't accept his hand. I shouldn't be a more burden that what I am right now to this person who decided to help me.
Ero runs towards a mob and killed it then runs to another one, trying to clear the way. I didn't moved to my place for a while.
"Come.... close to me"
I gulped. "Here I comes", I told to myself as I readied my sword.
I ran towards him while avoiding getting near to other bats. My heart is beating very fast and loud.. probably because of nervousness...
A Chiro suddenly «spawned» near me and Ero seeing this, immediately cast a Provoke.
"Kyaaa~", I screamed in surprise.
"Run!", Ero pulled me fast and threw me to the direction of the portal without even giving me a chance to pull my sword and help him.
I hid behind a big rock waited him after defeated the Chiro that attacked us.
"Hufft... you fine?", Ero asked me while catching his breath after awhile he successfully protected me and keeping me away from death.
"Ah.. yes.. thank you", I replied in nervousness while huffing like him also.
"...very bad for my health, though", I thought with a huff.
"Good, come here closer", he pulled my hand again.
I ran fast after him while he pulled my hand and hid behind his back and we fast ran to a portal and successfully got in lower level.
When we reach the lower level, there were lvl 47 «Stone Golem» near us.

"Sit far away", he told me and he started grinding at the golems. I didn't said a thing and just followed his orders. It took him longer to kill a Stone Golem because were tougher but gives better EXP.
I can't do anything other than watch him and I admit it, my EXP bar was already half full even though we're just started for a very short time.
"I'm so bored now..."
"...golems are... so tough, huh", I started to talk.
"Yup"
"It must be hard"
"It's fine.."
"Hmm... he's not very talkative..."
He doesn't rest much already and seems in a hurry grinding EXP for me. Even when he sat to rest, I can't find any topic to talk with him and I can't find a courage to talk to him while he's focusing on fighting, I might just interrupt him.
I lean on the wall of the cave and closed my eyes while humming, until I wasn't aware anymore how long I stayed like that.
Not long after, I received a Request Logout, probably from mom. Dad maybe came already and we're going home soon.
"Ah, wait.. E-Ero", I said hurriedly and looked around.
He's not here. I noticed his name in my party list and his name is in gray, meaning he's not in my area or he's logged out.
"Huh? Where did he go? Did he said earlier he's already going?" I tried to remember whether I missed a message from him earlier. But I'm sure I'm focus on his voice to make sure I would hear anything he might say.
I'm in a hurry so I just decided to leave a mail.

I clicked the send button hoping that we would become close friends next time we met online again.
I teleported back hurriedly to Fort Bailune, looked for a place to keep my avatar safe to log out and managed to find a tent that serves as an Inn and log out there leaving behind the particles of my avatar in the thin air.
