I Should have waited to go to school. When i walked down the hallways, my classmates stared at me. I looked up at Dmek and just shrugged his shoulders. Suddenly a familiar looking girl walked up to us, along with a boy. "Is this the homo that turned you down the other day at lunch?" The boy said. Thats who she is. It was the girl who randomly asked me out at lunch. "Yea." She said. "I was suspicious that you were a fag but now we know for sure." A crowed started forming around us. The boy said. "It's not like he was asking for it. He was raped." Dmek said. I cringed at the word. such an awful word..."Shut up man. and why did you spend a week with this kid for no reason? Don't tell me your a fag too." The boy said "I stayed with him becuase he needed somebody. It's not very fun to be sexually assaulted and left there lying on the floor." Dmek said. "Shut up. You sound more gay than he does. What are you going to do about me messing with your boyfirend huh?" The boy asked and pushed me down. Flashbacks of what happened with Jarrod forced there way into my head. I instantly covered my face and cringed. Dmek grabbed the kind and forced him agiants the locker. He put his fist like he was about to hit the kid and stopped. "Unless you want your face beaten in, you better stop right now." Dmek said and let go of the kid. "Whatever fag." the boy said and pused through the crowed. The girl followed. Dmek held out a hand towards me. "You okay?" he asked. "I'm fine." I replied and we walked to class. The rest of the day pretty much all eyes were on me. Everyone knew i was gay. Everyone knew i was raped. Just when i thought things were getting better.
The rest of the day wasnt any better. I continued getting stared at as i walked from class to class. I could hear the awful things they said in whipsers to each other. Halfway through the day, i had to hide in the bathroom to escape their torment. I locked myself in the stall and fell to my knees. i tried my best to stay quiet while sobs wracked my body. I sat down against the stall door and pulled my knees to my chest.
I'm not sure how long i stayed like that before Dmek found me. I was so focused on staying quiet i didnt even hesr him come in. Only when he knocked on the stall door did i hear him. "Mitch? are you in there?' i sniffled and stood up. I didnt bother saying anything and just opened the door. I wiped my eyes and looked up at him. "lets get you home." He said. He put his arms around my shoulders and escorted me out of school. It was still a during school so i was safe from more torment. for now at least.
