(Sorry for the late chapter)

Aelin

I stepped out of the shadows after throwing a rock at the man shrouded in black. He staggered backwards and screamed. The big baby. I sent my fire at him in the shape of a dragon, making all the captives in the cages collectively gasp.

It hit him square in the chest, and taking away the cloud of darkness surrounding him.

What was left was just a normal person, a 20 or so year old mortal. I looked him dead in the eye and he cowered before me.

"You are nothing, you have created this universe, but you do not deserve to end it. You make innocent people fear you, and have no honor. You will remain a mortal at this age for however long it takes you to learn, whether it take 5 years, or a millennia. I will not let you hurt these people, and come on, on their wedding night?! Ridiculous, for shame. Just remember, Chaos, if your punishment ever wears off, and you start attacking innocent people again, I will come back, and I will destroy you. Light will always beat darkness. I will always beat you."

I turn on my heel and face the poor wedding guests in cages.

"Now, I call over my shoulders, let these people go."

Chaos waves his arms, and the cages dissipate. I smirk as I see him scurry away like the rat he is. I see the young man also about my age run up to the girl in a wedding gown, who is in tears. He scoops her up into his arms, and pats her hair as she cries into his shoulder.

"I-I-I thought I was going to lose you! I can't lose you, not again." The girl cries.

The boy keeps patting the back of her head and whispering

"Shh, shh, shh, it's alright, I'm here, I'm alright, I love you, shh, shh,"

I try to slink back into the shadows, but a short boy, maybe a few years younger than the married couple, with curly brown hair runs up to me with a girl who looks to be his girlfriend.

"Oh, my gods!" He squeals, "that was amazing!! Show me your ways, Ms. Alielfpire." He says, bowing, I laugh.

He then lights his hand on fire a starts to concentrate. Soon enough, a tiny fire dragon forms itself out of the fire. I smile at it, and start feed my fire to it. It soon grows with both mine and the boy's joint effort. I am still weak from the battle, but the boy is actually carrying most of the fire's weight. He beams when it reaches about half the size of mine. I laugh again. His girlfriend rolls her eyes.

"Leo, you look like it's Christmas," she laughs too, and he pouts. He directs the dragon towards her (with my help,) and shrinks it to the size of a very regal looking, bright, crown, shining on her head.

"Now you really are my sunshine," he says winking and giving her a kiss on the cheek, laughing. She blushes and they walk away. I start trying to sink back into the shadows, missing Rowan, and wondering what Christmas is, when the girl in the wedding dress comes up, Annabeth I think is her name, with the boy, Percy, I think.

"Thank you," she says, "you saved Percy's life, my life, the lives of the Gods, and all the campers here. We are in debt to you, but given, we have a few questions for you." I snort, that was to be expected.

"First," the girl starts,

"Wait!" Percy and I interrupt at the same time.

He says, "you go first," before I can tell him the same. Annabeth looks back and forth between us and laughs. "Okay," I continue, "did you guys say you were demigods?"

"Yeah," the girl replies. "Anyways," she continues trying to regain control as I mentally high five myself. "How did you get through the camp border? Only demigods should be able to get in, and since you are obviously not a demigod, how in the world did you get in?"

I am about to reply with my guess of how in the Gods any of this happens, when all of the sudden, a sleeping guy wakes up. "Aaah!" He yells, then bows, "Queen Aelin Ashryver Galathynius of Terrasen, I have sensed your appearance in my dreams. I am Hypnos, Greek God of dreams, I was honored to meet Elena, Brannon, and Gavin. I was very attentive in your world, since a long time ago, I had a glimpse of the future, now. Demigods!!" He yells at everyone else, while my eyes are bugging out of my head, "get the prophecy!" Demigods scurry galore, all still wearing suits and dresses, and one comes back with a scroll.

There will come a day when demigod meets demi-fae.

The seven will be back, and there will soon be an attack.

When she draws a word, that may seem absurd,

There will be a a rift that will cause a shift.

Water shall meet fire when the situation is dire.

When wisdom meets wind, an alliance will form.

Just beware the lies for in comes a storm.

"Oh!" I exclaim, "I have a prophecy as well." I reach into my small bag a pull out a sheet of paper. It shows my prophecy on it.

There will come a day when demigod meets demi-fae.

Water shall meet fire when the situation is dire.

A sacrifice must be made to complete the trade.

The flames will be gone, but they were just a pawn,

They will expand until she becomes the strongest in the land.

Unlock more to win the war,

When wisdom meets wind, an alliance will form.

Just beware the lies for in comes a storm.

"Odd," a god with bright blonde hair that looks like the sun says, "I have never seen two prophecies for one occasion, only one. These ones are too similar to be two different ones, they must be of the same essence."

"Hmm..." I say. "I think now is about time for me to explain about Terrasen."

In Terrasen

Rowan

"Tobias, come here." I call to one of the servants in the palace. He is human, but has gained my trust over the years.

"Yes, your majesty," Tobias calls back.

"How are the troupes prepared outside?" I ask, still filling out the paperwork that Aelin would usually deal with.

"They are doing a splendid job covering the area, I do not doubt that they will be able to hold off any attack coming our way." Tobias replies.

"Go scout the area, look for any holes in our defenses, and report them to Aedion." Tobias nods, and walks off.

(Serious writers block, guys, need ideas! Sorry for the late update 😐.
