14|Field Trip?!

I wake up and get Juleka to get ready too, since it was going to be our second day at that school.

We didn't bother waking up Mom since we can make our breakfast ourselves which was just Fruit Loops Cereal with milk, and on the side pancakes with melted butter on top and for dessert, a chocolate bar which isn't the healthiest piece of food you can eat.. But oh well!

We grab our bags and slip on our shoes and walk out.

"I wonder what we're going today!" Juleka excitingly says.

"So do I!" I agree with her. "For some reason I feel that something special will come up.. But I can't put my finger on it."

Juleka shrugs at my statement and we enter the school building.

We enter our class and sit in our seats.

I place my bag on the floor.

Ivan was already sat down.

Ms. Boustaire comes happily inside with a huge amount of paper in her arms.

"Hello everyone!"

"Hi!" We all greet her.

"Today is a bit exciting because for our Science lesson we have to study a lot about insects and bugs and other type of animals." She says. "And we will be going on a short Field Trip out to Japan, there are a lot of interesting animals out there which we will be doing our study on."

Wow! A field trip! I can't wait!

"And, all you have to do is get the letter signed by tomorrow and give all your letters to me!" Miss says.

Everyone starts to talk to each other.

I look at Ivan, "hey, Ivan!"

"Err.. Yeah?"

"If we use a bus or any type of transportation, do you want to be my partner?"

He smiles towards my question and rapidly nods, bobbing his head up and down, "yes!"

Feeling slightly worried about him I say, "okay now! Ivan, stop shaking your head like that! You may hurt yourself!"

I awkwardly laugh at myself as he stops.

I begin laughing, ".. He! Ivan, I want to be your partner for tomorrow! Make sure you get it signed!"

"You too!"

"Definitely."

I can't wait.
