My whole class were outside the school building, standing with their luggage.

I was standing with Sis until her friend came and Ivan came along.

"Hey Dude!" He says whilst shaking my hand in a quite rough way.

"Hey buddy!"

We let go of each other's hand when the bus arrives.

It takes us quite a some time before we reach the airport where we have to sit with the partners we are told to sit with, unfortunately I was not paired up with Ivan but this boy called Nino Lahiffe.

I'm sure that he may be deeply into music by the DJ-like appearance of his with the headphones wrapped around his neck.

I sat down in the window seat to be able to catch a glimpse, no to be able to get a view of the whole world.

There was a huge moment of silence we both had until I broke it by opening my mouth.

"Hey.. Nino, right?"

"Yeah?"

"Do you like music?"

His lips tremble with strange movements until it forms a huge smile.

"Yeah! I love music!" He exclaims. "Especially hip-hop and music with a lot of beat to it!"

"Wow!" I say. "I love pretty much anything!"

"Hey Dude! You know how to play the guitar?"

I stroke my hair, "yes, I learnt since I was very young."

"That's awesome!" He says. "I play with the discs!"

We continue our chat which made me think I was more lost in my own world than anything but of course this had to end when the plane finally lands. It was a bit scary at first when landing but it became a smooth ride afterward.

It was amazing to speak with another music lover like me. That thought keeps running through my mind.

When we get off the plane with our suitcases, we stand in rows.

"Everyone partner up with someone!"

I notice that Ivan was asked to partner up with a really short girl with vibrant braids and Nino went with this blonde, wavy haired boy, I'm guessing that's his best friend.

I wait alone until I feel something give me a nudge against my arm which makes me slightly jump.

It was the navy blue haired girl, Marinette.

"Hey?" I say with a soft smile whilst rubbing the part she hit.

"Hi!" A smile appears on her face. "Do you want to be partners with me?" She asks with a very soft and gentle voice.

"Sure!" I nod.

We walk together. It feels a bit awkward walking with someone I don't exactly know that well.

"I notice that.. You have a guitar with you." She says.

"Yeah, I play the guitar."

"That's really cool!" She says, excited. "I would love to play an instrument.. But I don't know how."

"I could teach you.. How to!"

She smiles, "Really? That would be awesome!"

We all stop walking when we see the Japanese hotel we are supposed to stay in.

The hotel itself was so beautiful, the Japanese lettering, the vibrant colors of the neon signs, it seems like it's more of a party instead of a hotel.

I'm glad to be somewhere else for a bit, my mind is more relaxed now.
