Chapter 18

We lay in his bed and he makes love to me all day. The next morning I feel light kisses on my shoulders, moving down my back. I turn from my stomach, looking up at him. I can't believe everything that has happened in the past 24 hours. He runs his fingers on my back, making circular motions, staring at me.

I smile, "Good Morning, are you just going to keep staring?"

He kisses my lips, "do you have other suggestions?" Giving me a smirk, he climbs on top of me. "I haven't had breakfast yet."

I shake my head, "not happening this morning. You had me all day yesterday and last night. My whole body is sore."

He laughs, stepping off of the bed heading towards the shower. "Let's take a shower and we can head downstairs. I know Mom is dying to see you and wants to hear about your trip."

I look up at him, concerned, "do you want to hear about my trip?"

He looks at me stunned, "of course I want to hear about your trip."

Gathering up the courage, "even the part about Kyle?"

He walks over to me and grabs me, pulling me into him, "especially the part about Kyle."

We walk out of the bedroom. Everyone is watching as I walk down the stairs, followed by Theo. Grace has a huge smile on her face, next to a giggling Bella. I look at Bella, "don't start."

She starts cracking up. "I won."

I shake my head, "you didn't win, because I didn't give into your stupid game."

Theo grabs my waist, "what is she talking about?"

Before I could tell Theo, Bella interjects, "I bet Haley that as soon as she walked through the door, you would take her to your bedroom."

Theo starts laughing, "what can I say, I missed you." I chuckle, shaking my head.

Grace comes around the corner, hugging me. "He's not the only one that missed you, you know!"

Diego wraps his arm around my shoulder, "I heard you socked Kyle?"

Grace's face lights up.

I smirk and push Diego. "Well, I went over to his house and met his pregnant girlfriend. He was stunned to see, to say the least. At first he told me I owed him an explanation, but I basically told him fuck you. He told me that I wasn't getting anything from the divorce and I let him know that I had everything I needed at home."

Diego looks confused, "I think you missed the part about you breaking his nose."

I smirk, "oh yes, my anger was building with everything that he had done to me and the fact that he was mad that I had sex with Theo. I lost my temper and broke his nose."

Zane wraps his arm around me, "I'm so proud of you." He kisses my cheek.

I smile, "I enjoyed seeing my family, but I missed you guys."

Grace, Zane and Diego smother me with hugs and I can feel my phone vibrate - it's Antonio. I answer, "hello?"

"Hi Haley, we have a presentation with a client tomorrrow morning. Can you come in now to help us prepare?"

"Um, yes I can do that. I'll be there in 20 minutes." I say and hang up the phone.

Theo looks up at me and shakes his head no. I walk over to him and run my hands under his shirt. "Haley, I hate the way you try to persuade me."

I chuckle, "if I recall, you once the told me you were a businessman and I needed to convince you."

He leans down and kisses me, "I'm regretting that decision right now. I want you back here for dinner. I want us to go on a date, just the two of us, no distractions."
