Fighting the Mafia (Completed)

Chapter 25

We arrive a block from the entrance, with three bullet proof vehicles and three normal SUVs.

I get out of the SUV and remind the drivers of the bullet proof vehicles, to quickly drive to the overhead door entrance, once the explosives have detonated. They signal their understanding.

I stand up in front of my teams. "Okay, you know who your team leaders are, listen to them. We go out one team at a time. They will notice if all 47 of us run towards the building - I want the element of surprise. Zane's team will go first, followed by Bella, Diego and mine."

I grab Zane's hand and shove a small flashlight in it. "I'll stand towards the back side. Click it twice if Haley is in a safe position."

He breathes heavy, "if she's not?"

"We may have to bust through the front doors, without explosives."

I pull, Zane, Bella and Diego aside, "Once we are in position, I want you three to signal to me
you've placed the explosives in their position and are ready. Once Zane gives me the go ahead, I'll flash my light two times, signaling to blow the doors apart. Got it?" They nod their heads in agreement. I give Diego and Bella their flashlights.

I look out at the teams and they are all armed and ready. My head turns towards the warehouse and it is only guarded by one guard. What an idiot.

Zane and his team make a run for the back of the building. Once they reach the building, Bella's team goes next, followed by Diego.

Me and my team run towards the front of the building. I lift my gun up with a silencer and shoot the guard in the face, bringing him down instantly. We plant the bomb on the door. I see everyone flicker their flashlight once - bombs are planted and ready.

I step to the side and wait for Zane. My stomach was slowing dropping because I haven't seen Zane's light yet. I can't think about Haley getting hurt, it makes me too angry.

All of a sudden, I see two flickers of Zane's flashlight. Fuck yes!

I flash my light two times. I step away from the blast. BOOM - in unison. We run through the doors and I see Zane and his team shooting and propelling from the ceiling.

We run in, shooting Kade's men. I instantly look for the stairs and notice a huge piece of weaponry - machine gun. I need to eliminate that gun.

As I make my way to the stairs, I can hear bullets wizzing past my head. I take cover behind a metal pole. I see the guy shooting at me. I quickly run to the next pole, bringing him out of his hiding place and shoot him in the chest. I look over at the machine gun and a guys is shooting at the bullet proof vehicles. That vehicle can only take so many of those bullets.

I see my team, taking cover and trying to shoot the gunman. I peer around the pole and go to shoot the gunman - having a clear and direct shot. I feel someone try to grab the gun, as I shoot. The bullet lands in the gunman's arm - stunning him, but not taking him down.

I look and a woman has tried to knock the gun out of my hand. She puts her fists up ready to fight me. I smirk, grabbing her by the throat and smashing her against one of the metal poles. Her eyes widen with fear - thinking I wouldn't kill her because she was a woman. That's where you're wrong, I'll kill anyone that stands in my way to Haley.
