Chapter 39

A couple days later
Mia's POV
(First day of school)
it's 7 am and I just woke up and woke kian up. "We have to be at school in an hour and a half you better get ready." I say to kian getting up kissing his cheek. I take a quick shower and dried my hair. I did my makeup and put on a black shirt that says killin it, ripped jeans and white slip on vans. Kian still isn't up and we have to leave in 10 minutes. I call jc in and he brought an air horn and blew it. Kian jumped up making me and jc laugh. "What the hell." Kian says shoving his face in the pillow. "How is it that I'm the one wanting to drop out and I'm up but you demanded me to go and you aren't even up." I say trying to pull him out of bed "I'm tired." He says "get your ass out of bed we have to leave." I say getting serious "Miaaaaa." He says "if you don't get up I'm dropping out today and you can go by yourself. I don't care if I promised you aren't gonna go I'm not going so get up and stop being a little grumpy ass bitch. I'm gonna be in the car you have 5 minutes to get down there or I'm leaving" I say before walking out. I go downstairs and go to the car. I see my mom walking out to her car and she stops and walks over to Kians. I quickly got out and tried to go in but she already was there "Mia I'm..." She says before I cut her off "don't say your sorry you are just wasting your time. Now get out of here." I say "I didn't mean anything I said I've texted you a million times trying to say I'm sorry. I want you to move back in. I'm sorry for what happened." She says "well I'm not I'm glad I moved out because I can't handle you anymore. I fucking hate you. You weren't just mean to me but the one I love the most. And what you said to me doesn't hurt. It's what you said to him so get the fuck out of here before I call the police." I say going back in the car locking it. She walks away saying nothing and kian comes out seeing I'm frustrated. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you mad." He says coming in the car starting it. "No it's not you it's the bitch nextdoor." I say "what the fuck did she have to say." He asks starting to drive to school. I tell him what happened and what Was said. "You really told her to get the fuck out before you call the cops and she just walked away?" He said laughing "yeah I should have called and said she was harassing me" I said making us laugh. We finally got to school. We were just on time. I got my schedule and went to first block, history. I walk in and sit down in a seat kinda in the back. A girl sits next to me and she looks at me and i think she recognizes me but she doesn't say anything. then I see someone walk in. It was Kristian. He smirks at me going to a seat not too far from me. Everyone else walks in and the class begins. Kristian gets up to go to the bathroom and drops a note on my desk. I picked it up and started reading it. "I know you remember me. That night was amazing we should do it again sometime huh. I would fuck you any day out of the week. Let me know when and you got it babe." I shoved it in my backpack and started tearing up i think the girl kinda saw me. he came back in Touching my arm passing by me. I asked if I could go to the bathroom and the teacher said yes so I went into a stall and started bawling. I really want to leave. I know i promised kian but I just can't this is why I hate school. The person who fucking raped me is in my class. I can't stay in school for 2 weeks or even 1 day. I hear footsteps coming in the bathroom. "Hey are you ok? I sat next to you in class. Are you Mia?" She asks "Yeah I'm fine, and yeah I'm Mia how do you know me." I ask knowing she is probably going to say you're Kian Lawleys girlfriend right. "You're Kian lawleys girlfriend right ?" She asks  "yeah I am." I say "are you sure you are ok that guy handed you a note and you started tearing up and you came to the bathroom and I assumed you were crying." She says. I come out of the stall wiping my eyes. "Yeah I'll be fine I'm about to text kian and tell him I'm leaving would you like me to say hi for you?"  I ask "omg yes thank you so much. My name is talyn." She says really excited making me happy for her.
(Texts between Kian and Mia)

My love🤪❤️(kian): hey how is first going?

Me: I met and fan of you or us I guess. Which is always amazing and her name is talyn and she says hi and she loves you. but kian i can't stay in that class I have to leave.

My love🤪❤️: aw tell her I say hi and I love her too, why do you need to leave what happened?

Me: Kristian is in that class and he gave me a note that I will show you later but kian I cannot be in the class with him. This is why I wanted to drop out.

My love🤪❤️: go to guidance right after first and ask if they can switch him out tell them you don't have a good history with him and they should change his schedule. Please just stay. If they don't change it within 3 days you can leave ok?

Me: fine I love you I got to go❤️

"What's up with that guy and why did you start crying?" She asks "it's just personal stuff that happened a while ago." I say trying to keep my business to myself and not being rude. "Oh ok, are you sure you are ok? You don't seem ok." She says "I just wanna leave but I promised kian I would stay so I am. I'm just gonna go to guidance and ask them if they could take him out of my class or classes if I have more than one." I say "ok I think we should get back to class. It's been a minute you can walk in first then I will so mr.brian doesn't suspect anything." She says I say thank you and get back to class. I have to walk past Kristian to get to my seat because of mr. Brian being in the way. I walk bast him and he touches my butt making me walk faster. I sit down and talyn walks in and a couple minutes later the bell rings. I rush out running to guidance and I told them he has sexually assisted me a while ago and I don't want him in any of my classes. They said they would try and get him out ASAP but it might take a while. But they will tell mr. Brian to place him across the room from me  and make sure he doesn't talk to me or leave me notes or anything. I go to the rest of my classes and talyn is in my 3rd block too which is when lunch is and we have lunch with kian. me and talyn are kinda friends but I need to learn I can trust her for real.
