Mia's POV
It's been 1 week and it's December and his due date was 2 days ago so I guess we will see but if he doesn't come today I'm gonna be induced tomorrow. Today me and kian are going on a date for the last time for a while because he is either coming today or tomorrow. "You ready baby?" He asks "yep. Where to first?" "What about a walk on the pier then go get lunch." "Sounds good" we get in the car and I see my mom and she walks over to us. I just get in the car and kian goes to talk to her.

Kians POV

"Kian I'm so sorry for what happened. I'm sorry for what i said. I don't want her to hate me forever and I want a relationship with my daughter again and with you because you make her happy and I'm glad she does have a guy like you." "I can't change her mind. Mia , she can be hard-headed. And plus she's still really mad about it." I say "well if you could talk to her about coming over for dinner one night maybe tonight." "Well even if I did try to convince her she would probably get mad at me for telling her to go over there. And it would take time." "What about tomorrow night?" "Yeah, ha right. We'll see about that." I say kinda laughing at the fact that she will be in labor tomorrow and she thinks we are gonna come over for dinner. "What did she say?" She asks "that she is sorry and she wants to have a relationship with you again and how she wants us to have dinner tonight or tomorrow." I say "yeah lol right like that's gonna happen" "don't get mad when I ask this because I'm not taking her side or anything I just want to know. Would you consider trying to talk to her and work things out?" "Yeah right. Come on now kian. The way she talked to me. Got me mad but what she said about you was what got me and she fucking hit you." "I know but still you won't ever forgive her?" "Kian you mean everything to me and when I saw she hit you and said that it's all your fault I wanted to kill her. I can't believe you can just forgive her for doing that to you or what she said about me." She says tearing up. "Mia, baby. I was fine you are the only one I care about. And I don't forgive her for what she said to you because I love you and that wasn't right what she said to you. But we made it you are having our baby today or tomorrow. Who cares what she did 9months ago it's what matters today and what matters is us and him that's it." I say giving her a kiss. "Yeah we did make it. And I'm excited about the baby boy that is going to be the cutest little boy in the world." "I still think you should talk to her sometime because I don't want to be the reason you don't have a good relationship with your mom. Imagine later in life him not wanting to ever talk to you ever or even thinking about trying to fix things." "Yeah I guess you are right." "I'm glad you are thinking about it. When are you gonna go talk to her?" "I'll call her when we get to the beach." "That's good now shall we go?" "Yes." I kiss her hand and start driving to the beach
Mia's POV
we got to the beach and before we start walking I call her. "Hello?" She says "Hi. Kian told me everything and we talked and I want to try and fix things." I say putting the phone on speaker "I'm so glad you called .can you come tonight?" I mute the phone "tell her yes" Kian says "but we have our date and we are going to be with him all day everyday." "Mia you need to talk to her. We will be fine we can ask jc or someone to take him for an hour or something." "Ugh fine. But I'm not going alone you are coming." "I wouldn't let you go alone." He says I put the phone off mute and say "yes i can come in about 2 hours. But just so you know kian is coming I'm not coming alone." "That's fine I'll see you then." "Bye" I say "well let's walk for a bit then go see what she has to say." "It's been 1 week and there has been no pranks. I thought you were gonna get again." He says as we start to walk. "I'm waiting for the perfect moment." I say winking after an hour we go back to the car and drive home. We walk over to my moms house. She opens the door and she goes in for a hug "we ain't that close yet." I say walking past her. We all sit on the couch and she says " Mia. I'm sorry for what I've said to you and to kian. I'm sorry for what I did to kian and I know that that was wrong and it hurt you a lot. What I said was so wrong and I hope you can forgive me." She says "it did hurt a lot and I guess I can try but it will still take some time but I do want my mom back because if my baby didn't want anything to do with me I would probably die." "I understand but I just want my daughter back. I didn't have you for 16 years which is far too long and now I didn't for almost a year. That's pretty much 17 years and you're 18. Thats 99%of your life and I want to be there for the rest of it. And I want to be there for my grandchild." "Yeah we are excited for the baby to come." "When is the due date?" "It was the fifteenth but I'm getting induced tomorrow." "Aw how cute. I'm glad you guys stuck together through the whole thing." "There were some complications with our relationship but we made it." "I'll just keep it just in case you need to come for some reason and I'll get a crib over here in case you need me to watch him." "We just started to fix things don't go over board." "Right sorry. Have you picked a name?" "No we have a few. But we will pick when he is born. And when we need to fill out the birth certificate." "That's nice." "Yeah but I think we are gonna go because I'm starving and we have plans but I'll talk to you later." "Ok bye." We walk out the door "Damn She is pushing my limits. She thinks she is gonna watch my son oh hell no. I'd rather have my little brother watch him than her and he's only like 9 or 10 not that I would let him do that but hypothetically. And thinking I'm moving in fuck no who the hell do you think I am. I wouldn't leave that house for anything." "Yeah she's not watching our kid sorry but no. And you're not going anywhere especially without me. And you ain't taking him away from me I'm going where you and him going and if that's fucking Alaska so be it." He says making me happy but laugh. "If we want to party he is going to your sister or something we will figure something out and if we need a night out we give him to jc or talyn or something." After that we go out to eat for a couple hours then go home. I sit in bed and I start to fall asleep.
