Chapter 61

Mias POV

Its been a few days and Kian leaves tomorrow to go back on tour and he probably won't be able to come visit for a while. Its 8 in the morning and Kian and Clay are still sleeping so i decide to do a little school work to get ahead so i don't have to do it tonight or tomorrow. after doing all my work i take a shower and make breakfast. When breakfast is almost done i see Kian coming downstairs with Clay. He comes over kissing me and puts Clay in his highchair. I make a plate for me and Kian then give Clay a little bit of eggs. After we all eat we give Clay a bath and get ourselves ready. We decide to go to the beach so Kian packs a bag while i get Clay in the car and wait for Kian. He comes out and puts the bag in the car and gets in the drivers seat. We start to drive and i get a call from my mom. I answer it and start talking to her through the car "hello?" she says "yes, what do you need?" i say. then clay starts to scream for no reason. "Clayton brock you better stop screaming you are fine." i say looking at him. he continues to cry and scream and i just ignore it. "what are you doing today?" my mom says "Things i don't know. what do you want." i say to her. Clay gets louder and louder. "Kian you better get your son." "Clayton! stop crying." he says giving him a toy. "He does not need to scream at him like that he's going to get more upset." my mom says "He is not your child and you are not his mom or dad so don't start telling me how to parent my own kid. Now unless you have something important to say I'm hanging up the phone and get MY child to stop screaming." i say getting annoyed. i waited a second and just hung up. Once i hung up clay stops crying. Once we get to the beach and get set up i get another call from my mom "what do you want now?" i say "I want to see you, I haven't seen clayton in a long time either." she says "Well you aren't going to see us today. We are busy as a family so..." "When can i see him? he's my grandson." "When i say you can. its my choice if you can see him or not and he is fine without you. You did some actions and now you are facing the consequences. so now i shall get back to my family and have a good time." i say and hang up again. As i get off the phone Kian is ready and is putting sunscreen on clay. I put some on and we walk down carrying clay and sit in the shallow part of the water. He hasn't been to the beach so he hasnt been in water much but he loved it and started splashing in the water. He starts crawling in the water playing and splashing. we start following him and tries to go deeper. "No clay, come here." kian says He gets splashed a little by a wave, it doesn't do anything besides water getting on him but he starts crying. Kian immediately picks him up "I told you." after a minute he calms down and I get a text from Jc

Jc 🌻💛: Hey do you and Kian wanna go to lunch with me and talyn.

Me: yeah, let me tell kian where do you wanna go?

Jc 🌻💛: Cheesecake Factory?

Me: Ok what time you wanna meet, we are at the beach rn probably about to leave.

Jc 🌻💛: Is 2 good?

Me: for sure

Jc 🌻💛: ok cool

"do you wanna go to lunch with Jc and Talyn at 2 at cheesecake factory?" i ask kian "yeah we should go get ready." we leave the beach and go home to get ready. We get dressed and I get clay ready while kian gets ready. Once we are all ready, we go out to the car and drive to cheesecake factory. We get there and find Jc and Talyn at a table. We get a booster seat for clay and sit down. "when did you get here?" i ask jc "this morning, i went to texas for a few days and just came here for today." he says "yeah not like your girlfriend is here or anything." talyn says. Jc just rolls his eyes. "how is jaylyn, joe felix, and ava?" i ask "they're good, i love going to see them." he says "yeah and not seeing me" Talyn says under her breath. "Really? why do you have to start shit? I haven't seen you in 2 and a half weeks i haven't seen them in a few months." he says "well i would think your girlfriend would be important to you too." talyn says "Im not doing this here." Jc says. We get our food, eat and leave. Once we get to the house jc texts me.

Jc 🌻💛: sorry about that, she is getting mad at me for no reason. I went to texas to see my family, We have been fighting ever since i got here and i only have a day here. I don't know what's wrong with her.

Me: she seemed ok when you were gone. Were you fighting when you left?

Jc 🌻💛:  A little on FaceTime and stuff

Me: it'll be fine me and kian have been in so many fight but we are still together. You might be growing apart not seeing each other you just have to talk everyday and make sure she knows you love her.

Jc 🌻💛: ok I'm gonna try and get her to calm down. I'll text you later maybe tomorrow.

After that I went to cuddle with kian on the couch for the rest of the day.
