Chapter Five

"So many things, begging me to stay. But then I see you, and I wanna go."

I walk through the cafeteria quickly, I've been hiding from almost everyone since I ran off earlier.

But of course it didn't go the way I planned and I ended up crashing into someone, nearly taking the both of us down.

The girl pulled away from me, a look of disgust on her face when her eyes landed on me, "Who the hell do you think you are?" She snapped out.

My eyes widen and I tried to hide the smile from breaking out on my face, she was one of those girls.

"Jupiter Rory, and you are?" I questioned, raising an eyebrow at her.

Her long hair was dyed red, and her face was coated in makeup.

"Larissa Evans, better stay out of my way bitch." She snapped, walking away when I reached out quickly, tugging her backwards.

She ripped her wrist from my hand and narrowed her eyes at me, "I don't know who the heck you think you're talking to but I know it isn't me. Don't go around thinking you can treat everyone like garbage." I snapped.

Her eyes flared and she goes to say something when her eyes landed on someone behind me, they narrowed before she turned quickly, walking out of the cafeteria.

"I'm impressed, most would be running away while crying if she approached them." He says and I spun around, raising an eyebrow at him.

I shrugged, "I'm not like most," I replied, "Besides she has no right talking to me that way," I added on.

He nodded, dragging a hand through his hair, "Looked like you were going to head butt her for a second." He always.

I snicker out, shaking my head while making my way through the cafe, he follows alongside me, earning the stares of almost every student.

"Wanted too, but was able to resist the urge." I reply, smiling.

He shook his head, when I chewed my bottom lip, "Noah?" I questioned, he looked down at me, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes Jupiter?" He asks.

I play with my hands while continuing to walk next to him, "How do you know her? I mean I've heard you don't talk to anyone besides Zeke, so I was just wondering-"

"Larry's been obsessed with Noah here since she first laid eyes on him, she's always got a stick up her ass too so don't be too surprised by her behaviour." Zeke interrupts, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

I look over at Noah who just nodded silently, "Even introduced herself to his parents as his girlfriend, and he was already in deep shit with his parents so when they met that mess that was the last straw, which is why this guy here is going to disciplinary camp this summer." Zeke says.

"Way to tell her my whole life story," Noah snapped, shaking his head, "And I only go to the stupid camp if I don't find a normal girlfriend to show my parents that I'm normal as well."

I start laughing, shaking my head at the both of them while a grin formed on my lips, "Good luck finding a normal girl to agree to something like that." I state, shooting Noah a toothy grin.

He grunted before his eyes widened slightly, "You're right," He says, dragging a hand through his hair, "I need to find a crazy girl to agree, they know no normal girl would go for me." He says.
