This book is about Lauren texting the wrong number that was supposed to be Lucy's. But it was the wrong number and it belonged to Camila...
Camila's POV: I went home after I went to the local store and got my mom a few things before I went home.
As soon as I got home I told my mom that I have a date tonight and she told ok and to not come home late. I was about to go upstairs and get ready and figure out what I was gonna wear, my mom called for me and asked what the guys name that was taking me on this date. I was a little nervous about what she would think, that was a lie I was really nervous about how she was going to react. " Mom the person I'm going on a date with tonight is not a boy." " What? Did you just say that it wasn't a boy ." " Yeah." " WOW I didn't know you were into girls. Why didn't you tell me that you were?" " I was worried about what your reaction would be. I thought you weren't gonna accept me because I like girls and I throughly you wouldn't like me anymore because of that." " What no. I would always like you no matter who you like or date. Your my daughter I wouldn't do that. I wasn't gonna react to that in a bad way because one of my friends was into girls too and she always looked at me. She wanted to date me and I did but then I found out I didn't like girls as much as I thought I did." "What! You dated a girl and didn't tell me." " I didn't tell you because it was a long time ago." I just continued to talk about the girl I was going on a date with and how her name was Lauren. My mom wanted to meet her and then younger sister Sofia came in the kitchen where me and my mom were talking and said that she wanted to meet her also and she asked if she would play with her. I told her I would ask. Sofia then went back to her room and playing with her toys.
I went upstairs to go and get ready for my date. I'm excited because I really like Lauren but I'm nervous because I don't want to mess up. I decided to wear this to the date.

After I got out of the shower I put it on and went to my dresser and put makeup on. Not a lot just my lipstick and foundation.(A/N: I hate makeup. So bear with me when I mess up when I talk about makeup. That stuff is awful.) After I applied all of it on and I went to the bathroom and dried my hair and put a bow on my head. Then I put my boots on. As soon as I did that I heard the doorbell and my mom got it and told me that Lauren was here to pick me up. So I unplugged my phone and got a wallet and made my way downstairs. When I was going down the stairs I tripped and almost fell but I caught myself before I fell I heard them laughing at me. When I reached the bottom safely I looked up and saw Lauren staring at me. I looked at her outfit and couldn't help but check her out too. She was wearing this

My mom coughed and that's when we broke out of our trance. Lauren caught me looking at her and smiled at me before taking my hand. She told me before we reached the car, " You look really beautiful." " I know. I caught you staring you staring at me." She told me, " Don't think I didn't see you checking me out too. If it wasn't for your mom coughing we probably would of been looking at each other all night." I started blushing as I hid my face on her shoulder. " Don't hide your blush Camz I like when you blush."
