Chapter 36

Camila's POV:
I drove to the hospital and Lauren was holding my hand the whole way. Even when we were out of the car she still held my hand. The rain had slowed down. I went up to the receptionist desk and asked the lady if I could see a doctor and have them check my nose. They told me to fill out the papers and to give them back when I was down filling them out. I filled them out and gave it back to them. They told me the doctor would see me shortly and to just sit and wait till I call you to go back. I nodded and thanked her and went and sat down next to Lauren. "Does my nose look broken?" I asked her. "I mean it looks swollen and out of place but it just might be dislocated" she said. I just sighed and out my head on her shoulder. "Camilla Cabello" I heard them say. I got up with Lauren following behind me. "It's Cameela Cabeyo" I told them. "Oh my bad. I'm sorry." They said and did my weight, height, BP, and temperature. They then lead us to a room and told us to sit and that the doctor would visit them shortly. They left and shut the door. "So Camz our conversation earlier about who hit you. Can you finish what you were gonna say" she asked. "Uhm... I went to my friends house like I told you. We started talking and I said something way out of line that made her mad and she punched me in the nose. She apologized to me and I left her house and went to the park. I saw your friends there and I went to greet them when one of them just punched me in the nose and my face. The other one just watched it happen and didn't bother helping. The one that hit me started yelling at me for cheating on you with Chris and I kept trying to tell her that that didn't happen but she didn't believe me. I then told her to ask you what happened since she didn't believe me." I told her. "Wait but which friends are you talking about. I mean it's not Mani or Ally because they wouldn't do that. Then who was it if it wasn't them." She said trying to figure out who did it. She looked back at me and I just looked at her like who hit me was very obvious. "What? Why are you looking at me like that? Quit it" she said. "Are you serious right now? It's very obvious who hit me. Who would Dinah tell what happened to me to" I asked her. "Normani and Ally" She said. "Wait they're the ones that did this to you and Dinah" "Yes. Normani's the one who hit me and Ally just watched it happen." "Goddamn it. They should of talked to me before doing that" I was about to say something but the doctor walked in. "Hello ladies. I'm Dr. James. Now it says here that you wanted me to check your nose and why is that?" He asked me. "Well I got in two fights and they both punched my nose and it's like really really sore when I touch it and it looks out of place. My girlfriend thinks it may be dislocated but I think it may be broken" I told him. He looked shocked when I said girlfriend. "Well your nose is out of place. I'm going to touch and see if it's broken or not ok" "ok" He walked towards me and felt my nose and I just held my breath because it hurt so damn much. "Ok. Your nose is broken and after they hit you did your nose bleed?" "Yes it did bleed. A lot" I told him. "Ok. Let me get some things and I'll fix your nose ok. I'll be back in a few minutes" he said and left the room. I looked at Lauren who looked like she was in deep thought. I waved my hand in front of her face and called for her but she didn't answer. I went over to her and tried to get her attention again and when she didn't I just sat on her lap. She got out of whatever trance she was in and noticed me on her lap. "Woah. When did you get on my lap?" She asked. I just laughed and hid my face in the crook of her neck. "About time I got your attention" I said. "What you mean" "You've been in some trance and I called your name and waved my hand in your face and nothing working so I sat on your lap and I got your attention." She just laughed. "Sorry I was just thinking about some stuff" she said. "Thinking about what" "You. And how to deal with my friends" she said. "Ok. How are you gonna deal with your friends?" I asked her. "I'm gonna tell them the truth and I'll probably bring you with me. But only if you want to" she said. "Ok but I probably won't go." "Ok that's fine." I got off of her lap and sat back on the table and the doctor came in a few minutes. "I'm gonna fix your nose. I'm gonna give you some local anesthesia and I'm gonna realign your nose and put a cast on it and it's gonna stay on your nose for a week. Ok?" Dr. James told me. "Ok." I said and he made me lay down and gave me the anesthesia and realigned my nose and put a cast on it. When it wore off Dr. James told me I could leave. "The cast will be on your nose for a week." After he told us that I grabbed Lauren's hand and intertwined our fingers together and left the hospital and went to my car and got in and went home. "Hey babe. Can you take me to Normani's and Ally's place so I can talk to them and you can go back home." She asked. "Ok. Where is it at?" I asked her and she gave me directions on how to get there. It was a nice place to stay. "Im gonna go now babe ok" she said and leaned over and kissed me. She pulled back and kissed my cheek before she got out of the car and left and went inside the house. I texted her telling her to tell me when she leaves so I can pick her up. She texted me back saying that she would if she needed it. I just left their house and drove back home. I just went in my house and noticed that it was around 7 at night and figured Lauren would stay the night there. I just went to the kitchen and ate a banana and went to my room and laid down. I just went on my phone and my eyes started to get heavy and I fell asleep.
