CHAPTER: 3

ARIANA'S P.O.V:

I ripped the glare off of them my expression moving to meet the green in marks eyes. "You told them?" I asked my voice a whisper so the words were only heard by him. His eyes stayed with mine, preciving the setting. "I'm sorry, I had to." bewilderment expressed me at that moment, I would have walked away if I hadn't felt so frightened.

The car was waiting for us in the front, the sleek black exterior seen from where we stood now. I felt someones arm on me quickly moving away from the touch looking into him. Abashed features running along Harry's face. "I just wanted to say sorry" sympethtic words leaving his mouth. Green eyes watching my next move. "Don't be" I replied continuing my walk behind mark who led the way through the crowded group of fans paparazzi and any other assortment of people. My name left his mouth as the grip on my elbow willed me to face him slightly "Look You weren't sorry before so don't go getting all compassionate now" were the last words to leave my mouth before entering the car behind mark seating myself next to him. He weaved his arm behind my shoudlers bringing his face to the top of my head the breath he released warm "I'm so sorry" He spoke tears threatening to spill I moved away a bit trying to control myself. Not wanting to show emotions to the five strangers around me.

the tension in the atmosphere most uncomfotable. They all sat still staring at anything but me short glances being thrown around. The situation reminding me of home, the way secrets swam around us knowing the existance of them but our mouths kept quiet. Scared that the barrier would break and the one most fragile would crumble. Thinking all my life I was the one to keep the family together I was the missing link. Now feeling like the weakling, easy to tear to rip into bits.

He transfixed his gaze with mine his emerald orbs staring at me with ease, the sparkle in the corner remaining. A small smile planted on his lips the tips curling up leaving his teeth to be a mystery. He was the defination of perfect the swoop of his brown lockes. The soft slightly imperfect face, dimples denting in by talking becoming bigger when grinning.

I felt my eyes still attached with his, no inkling of embarssment filling in me. Gray eyes leaving his jewels meeting the gloomy weather outside. Soft sighs were escaped from parted lips,  realizing the car had come to a stop watching the building in front of us. Windows plastered all around the place reeking of the rich.

All genders draped in clothes far to expensive for the average human. The snotty glances they returned to me due to the casual sweat pants and sweatshit look I was used to pulling off now. The warmth of someones hand on my back making me jump to the side looking to see Dark eyes, his hair matching gelled into a rugged look. his lips pouted into a frown from my reaction.

Stepping into the stainless steel elevator clinging to Marks side as he we escalded up. The warmth of his hand laying on my shoulder. Thoughts exploding in my mind question taking over the very last bit of my brain. When the doors finally opened to reveal the fifteenth floor I stepped out quickly now seeing that I was holding my breath on the way up.

Hallways made of red carpet doors of shined maghony wood, slipping the card into the slot leaving Mark to the boys telling me they needed to discuss business. The click on the door allowed me entry inside the white marble floor reaching all the way past the two queen sizes beds a flat screen planted into the wall french balcony doors covered with a navy blue curtain. Snug was the word to describe the feeling the room left me with. Grunting as I brought the black suit case on to the bed dropping my bag beside it.

I felt the stench emit off of me jet lag over coming my mind. feeling tired yet wired on air, slipping out of the old clothes I stepped into the shower water falling all around me pelting against my skin washing away the oder. The feeling of his finger tips remained, the amount of weeks having no affect on that. The surging pain I endured, the chilling touch that would make my body freeze make me feel cold and alone.

Pillows all around me on the bed the T.V playing some nonsense show my eyes trying so hard to focus but wanting the welcoming feeling that comes with sleep. Eyes drying out slowy closing into a deep slumber when the door was opened. Lid's shooting up craning my neck to view the visitor.

"Hey" he yawned stretching his arms behind his head. Marks gaze meeting mine again that night "you alright?" he asked his behind meeting the bed by my crossed legs. "Yeah" I sighed leaning back into the pillow behind me my musucles relaxing again. "I'm sorry I told the guys" Mark went on "It's just I didn't want them pulling any funny business on you, so I thought the truth would keep them away from that approach"

"I understand" I responded placing a soft kiss on his cheek "Night" the last words to leave my mouth for the day.
