I'd still remember the nights spent sitting in that small town, staring at the bright blue summer sky as the stars gleamed in the night. I'd still remember the girl I once was, who prayed for a way out to be given the chance only so many others wanted. Never to forget the reason I was released and while it was never my intentions to have had a story such as mine. It saved me.
He saved me. He showed the beauty in life and while their is such a darkness and bitterness within us all, we are to stand up each and everytime we fall. To show the world your stronger and better then what others may have decivied you to be. He showed me that just staring out the window, even just looking at tree and admiring the process they'd go through each year. Being warm and bundled throughout the spring and summer. But to be left bare and alone throughout the fall and winter. We are like the trees outside. Nothing good ever stays, all of gods gifts start to fade but as an old story ends a new one begins.
And it's funny to think that only some time ago, I was so ready to give up, to throw the towel in. It's strange how you could hate someone with so much passion and they end up being the reason you're still here. He taught me life is precious, that you only get one chance and to take that away from yourself is selfish to the people who weren't so lucky.
I had my heart broken by a demon, but I fell in love with an angel. He is my savior my one and only gaurdian angel. He is the reason I can see the sun rise and fall, the reason I am able to greet the moon every single night. My only love, and all I've ever needed. I made my promise I said to love him forever and always, because everytime I'm in his arms all fades. The world itself is non-existant. When I'm not with him, all I wish is to see his sparkling green eyes and touch the soft brown curls. When I'm not with him I just want say I'm coming home.
"And for that I am eternally grateful"
