35 minutes later
Do not press song yet
It had been past a half-hour that Rainbow Dash, Soarin and his little sister Blueberry Keynote have been strolling through. Rainbow had already gotten calls from Applejack and Rarity, and she had to tell them the same thing.

I'm just taking a stroll with Soarin. No big deal right?

And she got the same response from both girls.

Oh, okay then, have fun with your date Rainbow Dash!

Though her friends words bothered her a little bit. She sort of wished he had asked her out. But she wasn't going to whine about it. On a high note, she got to know more about his little sister. She learned that she was a Justin Bieber fangirl.(Really Victor?😒)

She also learned that Blueberry also sang in her 2nd grade talent show and won. And that she started to play piano at age 3.

To sum it all up. she was a girl that was full of surprises.

"Where to next?" Soarin asked as him and the girls exited the hat. Where Soarin bought a Philadelphia Eagles hat.

"I don't know honestly." Rainbow Dash shrugged.

"Hey look over there Soar!" Blueberry yelled excitingly at her brother.

"What?"

"Can we go in the Gamestop? Plzzzzz." She said as she started grabbing his polo shirt.

"All right, just don't rip my shirt."

They entered the shop and saw a microphone stand along with a TV screen that had the words "SING IT!: Demo Version."

"What's the?" Rainbow Dash asked curiously.

"No way!" Soarin said excitingly as he approached the microphone.

"Isn't that the new game you want?" His sister asked.

"Heck yeah! Doesn't come out till next month though. Luckily I pre-ordered But hey, doesn't hurt to get an early sample of it right?" He said as he pressed the "start" button.

"I think I'll choose Lying by Cale Dodds. I've heard Flash play that at practice."
Soarin then pressed play and music turned on.

"Hey Rainbow, can ya get this on film please?"

It's starting!" Rainbow Dash said as she pulled out her phone to record.

Now play the song, and get caught in it's groovy and catchy tune.

We weren't supposed to be there
Parked on the beach where
Sand felt more like an hourglass
We were both pretending
Summer wouldn't end
If we stayed there right in front of that
Pontiac, Kicking Back, Drivers Side window cracked, with the radio up

Just the two of us

Lying on the hood of my car
Under the stars falling as hard as they were
Didn't know we didn't mean it
Swore we believed it, took it too far
She said forever, I should've never let her out of these arms
But the truth is we were just lying
Lying on the hood of my car

I can still remember
Bare feet on the fender
Salt waves in her hair from the water
Engine wasn't running
But it heated up
When she tossed that tank top off of that Pontiac, Breathing fast, hearts beating over that radio all the way up

Knowing we're just

Lying on the hood of my car
Under the stars falling as hard as they were
Didn't know we didn't mean it
Swore we believed it, took it too far
She said forever, I should've never let her out of these arms
But the truth is we were just lying
Lying on the hood of my car

People were beginning to crowd Soarin as they were amazed at his voice. Especially Rainbow Dash, who was now smiling for no reason.

Had that backseat packed up with all my stuff
When we promised that we'd keep in touch
It turns out, we were just...

...Lying on the hood my car
Under the stars falling as hard they were
Didn't know we didn't mean it
Swore we believed it, took it too far
She said forever, I should've let her out of these arms
But the truth is we were just lying
Lying on the car

She said forever...

I should've never..

Lying on the hood of my car...

When the song ended, the group of people began to clap and cheer, especially Rainbow Dash.

"Wow, he's good, like really good." Twilight said to the girls who in the back. Looking at Rainbow.

"I think Rainbow liked it the most out of all of them." Sunset chuckled...

Until next chapter!
