I woke up with a little bit of dizziness. I somehow managed to get over it and forced myself to get up and walk. I wobbled down the stairs then to the kitchen where I found my mom cooking our breakfast.

"Hey." I spoke but she didn't reply. I gave her a kiss on her cheeks, but still, it's like she doesn't seem to notice me as if I'm invisible. "You might wonder why I'm not talking to you." She said in a low tone. I guess dad told her already.

"I know." She drops the knife that she's holding and looks at me with a glare. "Would you mind talking to your father properly?" She looks very mad and this would probably be the first time I saw my mother get mad. Oh well, I deserve it.

"I know." My voice was low and mom stopped what she's doing and starts crying. "Mom...I'm sorry."

"Don't say sorry to me. Say sorry to your dad." She told me and I nod.

She looks at me in the eye, and slowly wipes my tears off. "Valerie, sweet. It's for the better."

"Okay mom. I'll do it." She gave me a smile as I walk towards their bedroom. I open the door slowly and see my dad lying down while he's looking at the window.

I walk slowly towards him. Then I lie down beside him. "Hey dad." I spoke and he didn't answer. "I know you won't talk to me but....I just wanted to say that you've been the best dad in the world. Saying those words yesterday was probably the biggest mistake I've ever done. I'm so sorry." I said and he looks at me and smiled.

He hugs me tight, "Just don't do it again."

Since today is Saturday, I got to go with my dad in an interview. I'm a little bit excited because it's been ages since the last time I saw an interview studio.

The thing is...I don't know who's going to interview dad.

"Nervous?" He asks. "Kind of." I replied and he laughs. "It will be fine. I promise."

"I know dad."

"Come on." He told me. "We're here already?" I ask.

"Yeah. Come on." I grab his hand as I walk out of the car.

We were immediately swarmed by paparazzi. I hold dad's hand as tight as I could as we struggle to go through the crowd.

Some were just calling me for some attention, like to face them or whatever. But mostly, were asking about my dad and I's relationship.

Then suddenly, a hand grab me. I turn and see someone I did not expect to see.

"Holly?" I stare at her for a few seconds but our hands were later on separated because of my dad. He didn't caught a glimpse of Holly because he's way too focused in trying to get us out of the crowd.

After almost an hour of struggling to get out of the crowd, we finally got to breathe.

"That was tiring right?" He laughs. "Yeah."

"Why what's wrong?" He grabs my chin turns my face to look at him. "I saw someone today." I reply and he raises one of his eyebrows. "Who?"

"Holly." His face immediately drops and he became speechless. "I'm so sorry dad."

"No it's fine." He grabs my hand as we walk inside the studio. When we arrived, a man greeted us with a warm welcome. I assume he's one of the producers or maybe not. He seems to know my dad because they did this bro handshake or whatever.

"Nice to see you again Zacko!" He smiles at my dad then to me. I've never heard someone calling my dad by that name. "Is this your daughter?" He points at me and my dad looks at me and smiles. "Yes."

The guy smiles at me and extends his hand to shake mine. "Nice to meet you. I'm Ryne Sanborn. A good friend of your dad's." I look at him with a questioned face. "Ryne?" I ask.

He laughs, "I co-starred with your dad in High School Musical."

"Really?"

"Yep!! The guy who usually asks mundane questions in class." My dad smirks and that's when I got it.

"Oh okay. You played Jason Cross!" He laughs. "You got that right! What's your name?"

"Valerie."

"Nice to meet you Valerie." He smiles before giving another handshake to my dad. "Come on." My dad told me and I nod.
