almost broken. (chapter 2)

A/N: sorry i am updating so early, i am just really excited to write this story.

*Makaylas Pov*

i opened the door to see....Skylar.

"what are you doing here?" i asked him while closing the door.

"well i have come to get you back." he said with a smile.

"Ha, you came to get me back? Honestly? HA, nice try bud. What you did really hurt me and i dont think i could ever forgive you!" i said trying to hold back the tears.

"well trust me, i am never going to hurt you again. Brianna is a cheater, and a player. she uses boys for toys.

(A/N: that rhymed. hehe.)

and i dont want a girl like that." he countiued.

he grabbed my hands, and said "i want a girl like you. i don't know why i ever let you go." he said, trying to move in to kiss me. but i kept moving back preventing him to do so.

"no, i know why you did. for Bri. so go try get her back!" i said slamming the door in his face. but he knocked again.

"go away Skylar." i said rolling my eyes.

"not until i get you back!" he shouted.

"fine you can live outside my house and freeze. thats fine with me!" i shout back.

"Makayla you do realise we live in California its not exactly weather that can freeze me." he said chuckling.

"you get my point!" i yelled rolling my eyes. i walked back into the living room.

"hey hayes, sorry about that. but whats up?" i said to Hayes who wasnt paying attention to me at all.

"uh i gotta go." he said.

"hayes whats wrong?" i asked him.

"Bri wants to talk, i gotta go." he said quickly.

"Hayes! please don't leave! she cheated on you! why do you want to talk to her! you have to get over her. she was no good to you at all. i have treated you so good, you were my best friend, i had feelings for you forever and you made me sit through your relationship and fix it. you made me help you and Bri get together when i loved you hayes. please dont make me do it again. i am almost broken." i said through the tears.

*Hayes Pov*

i was just sitting here waiting for Makayla. i was finally gonna tell her i have feelings for her. my thoughts were interupted by a text message from Bri. ugh.

(B=Bri H=Hayes)

B=Hayes babe c'mon lets go on a date today! i need your kisses. and maybe we could do something after if you know what i mean. ;)

H=Bri i am not your babe anymore. i told you we broke up! i do not want to talk to you anymore, so can you just leave me alone?

B= no! i am going to make you mine again one way or another. if you ask out Makayla or spend any time with her, i will make her life a living hell. i will make her cut herself again. i'll make her more suicidal than she already is.

H= fine just leave her alone. i will go talk to you. doesnt mean i am going to date you again. i told you i have no feelings for you at all.

i locked my phone after that. i couldnt stand her doing that to Makayla. i have to leave.

"hey Hayes sorry about that. whats up?" she said.

"uh i gotta go." i said. oh god i feel so bad. i like her so much i can't do this to her oh my gosh. but i also can't make her cut again. or feel suicial.

"hayes whats wrong?" she asks.

ugh I guess I have to tell her that she wants to talk. "Bri wants to talk, I gotta go." I say quickly.

"Hayes! please don't leave! she cheated on you! why do you want to talk to her! you have to get over her. she was no good to you at all. i have treated you so good, you were my best friend, i had feelings for you forever and you made me sit through your relationship and fix it. you made me help you and Bri get together when i loved you hayes. please dont make me do it again. i am almost broken." she through the tears.

oh My god I can't believe I have to do this. "I'm sorry, I have to go." I say then walk out the door. as soon as I do so I start to cry. I run to the house across the street, which is mine. i can't believe I did that. I thought to myself when I opened my bedroom door.

*Makaylas Pov.*

"I'm sorry, I have to go." he said and walked out the door. I immediately started crying. I guess Skylar was still outside my house because he came running in when he heard me sobbing.

"what's wrong?" he asked. I scoffed. "not like you care anyway." i said while wiping my tears.

"Makayla, I told you already I do care. the only reason I went out with Brianna

was because if I didn't, she would make your life a living hell." he said.

he's totally lying to your face Makayla. he doesn't like you or doesn't care about you at all. you should just kill yourself. I thought. "news flash, my life is a living hell even if your dating her or not. I should just die." I mumbled the last part so he wouldn't hear.

I starting crying again. just out of no where. I ran upstairs into the washroom, grabbed my razor, and counted the cuts I made tell I passed out.
