Chapter Two - Live

I Awake. I See Jennifer Still Sleeping. I Get Up. I Start Thinking Back... Jennifer Has Been There For Me... For A Year... After I Passed Training... I Started To Think My Friends Hate Me... I Thought I Was Worthless Garbage... She Saved My Life... 

"Hey Dan... You're Awake Already?" Jennifer Asks.

"Yeah..." I Said With A Smile On My Face.

"I See Your Happy This Morning." Jennifer Says.

"Just Thinking Back On What Happened A Year Ago..." I Say.

"I'll Always Be There For You... You Know That..." Jennifer Says.

"I Know..." I Say.

 "Go Find Alex I'll Catch Up With You." Jennifer Says. 

I Walk Out Of The Room. I Walk Outside. About To Walk Down The Stairs. A Loner Member Stops Me.

"Hey Dan Right?" Loner Member Asks Me.

I Walk To Him.

"Yeah." I Say.

"Names Eye." Eye Says.

"Nice To Meet You Eye." I Say.

"Want A Smoke?" Eye Ask.

Eye Pulls Out A Cigarette. 

"No I Don't Smoke." I Say.

Okay..." Eye Says.

I See Jennifer Walking Towards Me.

"Find Alex?" Jennifer Asks Me.

"No Not..." I'm Cutoff.

"Alex? He Hasn't Returned Since Yesterday Night." Eye Says. 

"We Have To Find Him..." I Say.

"He's In A Really Dangerous Place With A Dangerous Mutant." Eye Says.

"What Kind Of Mutant?" I Ask. 

"It's Called A Pseudogiant. It Will Rip You Apart If You Don't Kill It Fast... And You'll Know If Your Near It... It Shakes The Ground Like An Earth Quake." Eye Says.

"Why The Hell Do I Think Oh Okay This Is Gonna Be It A Ghost Mutant Thing Nope... Arghh...  Always More..." I Say. 

"You'll Get Used To It Rookie." Eye Says.

 "I'm Going To Look For Alex." I Say. 

"I'm Coming With You..." Jennifer Says.

"So Am I..." Eye Says.

So... I Wonder Eye Has Taken An Interest In Me... I Wonder Why... Maybe My Luck I Don't Know... Or Maybe He Just Wants Me Dead... I Walk Out The Base With Jennifer And Eye. 

"So Where's This Dangerous Area?" I Ask. 

"Not Far From Here... Follow Me." Eye Says.

I And Jennifer Follow Eye. I Hear Fast Movement. 

"Snorks!" Eye Yells. 

I See Four Humanoid Mutants Running On Their Legs And Hands. I Quickly Aim My Rifle As I See One Going For Jennifer. I Fire At The Mutant A Bullet Hitting It In The Head Killing It. I Turn To My Left And See A Snork Leap At Me Pinning Me Down To The Ground. I Pull Out My Knife And Stab It In The Head Killing It... The Mutants Are Dead. I Breathe Heavily. 

"You Alright?" Eye Asks Me.

"Yeah..." I Say.

I Get Up. My Heart Is Beating Really Fast. 

"Must Say That Was Fun." I Say Jokingly.

"What Am I Going To Do With You..." Jennifer Says. 

"Let's Get Moving." Eye Says.
