When Josie came back to consciousness, her friends were standing above her, talking to the nurse. Their voices were muffled due to the fact that although she was there, she wasn't there fully. Their voices were also muffled due to the fact that her real parents were whispering to her in her mind. She couldn't quite understand what they were saying, but she knew it was something. What it was? She didn't know. She just had this feeling that they were trying to give her clues of some sort.

"So she was just talking to a boy and out of nowhere her nose started to bleed and then she passed out?" Josie heard someone ask from beside her. Josie knew immediately that it was the school nurse because the woman sounded so confused with whatever the boys had said. But it was very much true.

"Yes!" She heard from beside her. It was Dustin, she knew, because his voice was just laced in annoyance.

"Dustin didn't mean to raise his voice," Mike apologized for their curly haired friend. "We're all just worried about her."

"Which is understandable considering she didn't show any signs of sickness or dizziness," the nurse said.

Josie didn't move for a few seconds. Maybe if she stayed like this, she could figure out whatever it was her parents were trying to say to her. Because unlike the other times, they sounded anxious, scared even.

However, she needed to get up. The smell of this room was reminding her too much of the room that she stayed in when she was at the orphanage. She hated it so much. One, because of the fact that everyone gave up on her parents and two because they stuck her in a family with an abusive foster father. She hated it so much.

The room smelled of rosemary.

Josie sat up on the bed and looked around the room, her eyes scanning everything around her. Sure she had been to the nurse's office a few times in her whole school life, but she still had to look for her friends. However, they were gone.

"Oh you're up, Josefina," the woman, who didn't sound like the nurse said.

Josie looked over at her and tilted her head to the side. This woman had blonde hair and was wearing a pant suit. Something that Josie didn't know existed nor did she understand why this woman was wearing one. Where the hell did her nurse go?

"It's Josie," the girl responded, her eyebrows furrowed. "Where's the nurse?"

"She allowed me to talk to you. You know, aunt to niece," she smiled, although the smile didn't quite reach her eyes. Josie had felt her face was familiar, but from where, she didn't know. She sure as hell wasn't Josie's aunt.

"Who are you?" Josie asked.

The woman just ignored her and walked over to the girl. She held a spray bottle in her hand and hummed. Josie watched as she got closer to her. What the hell was she doing? Before Josie could scoot away from the crazy woman, she grabbed Josie's arm, raised the girl's sleeve, and started to spray on it. The girl's eyes widened when the lady did that.

"What the hell-?" she exclaimed as she tried to snatch her arm out of the lady's grip. The woman didn't let go, however.

Instead she just stared at Josie's arm with an accusing eyebrow. In a few seconds, the makeup wiped off and the number 005 that was permanently on her arm appeared. The woman smiled in a few seconds and turned to Josie who stared at her arm in horror. How did she know about the number? Her biological parents were the only ones who knew, they warned her not to show anyone. Josie never understood why, until now.

"Who the hell are you?" she asked, seriousness leaking in her voice.

"That's not important," the woman responded. She started to reach into her pocket to retrieve something. Josie scooted back in her bed, worried for her life. When the woman pulled out a needle that had something in it, she knew exactly what was going to happen. This was turning into a kidnapping.
