I don't know why but I find being able to adapt so interesting. You can do anything be anywhere if you adapt to it.
I don't know if you watch it but if you gave in the series The handmaids tale when June was brought to the place she is now.
but it said something along the lines of " this is all new now but soon it will be normal, normal is just something that is common to you and soon this will be normal"
That one of the times I realized just how easy it is to change.
Like if your parent was dating a teacher of yours
That would be weird for a bit but you would get use to it.
Things that seem impossible now can be possible if you are willing to adapt.
That's why the quote above resonates with me so much, it doesn't matter how strong or how smart if you cannot adapt you will be left behind. I think that is kinda true of life, the world moves so fast.
If you can't adapt to it you will be left alone bitter, always thinking about when things were normals to you.
Was I just pointing out the obvious ?
