You always told me that life was a bed of roses, but roses too have throns. Decisions need to be made and they aren't always too easy. I can't always make things go my way.

All the agents quickly went into searching for Edward that night in order to get Nicky. Jayln was trying the hardest. They would be going to Justin's house tomorrow to brain wash him.

"He just sent a message." Lizzy announced. Everyone gathered around her as she opened the video. Edward stood holding in a lab. Behind him, Nicky was in some kind of strange glass that wouldn't let her go. She kept hitting it and yelling. Tears began to run down Jayln's face.

"I can release her under one condition. Jayln has to release her throne right to me and yes this is a live chat so you can answer now Jayln."

Everyone looked at her expectantly. Her eyes were focused on Nicky who was shaking her head. She smiled at her and Jayln knew whatever she said now wasn't going to be okay with them.

"I'm not releasing that throne to you." She said coldly. "I'm sorry Nicky."

"Fine then." He pressed a button and Nicky's ghost began to fade away in the glass. She looked up at Jayln and smiled.

"Bye princess."

Then she was gone and the screen went blank. Jayln didn't cry, she knew it was useless now. They all looked at her in shock. Lizzy punched her hard making her go back into the wall. "Why did you do that?! You said you didn't care about the throne!" She tried to kick her but Jayln caught her foot. "Let me go!"

"Would you let me explain?!" She yelled dropping it. "Nicky and I figures out why he wants the throne so badly. Whoever is crowned is given a special ability to manipulate things. He can use that to spread the virus easier across this world and that would be drastic. The only way for him to get that ability is to kill whoever currently had the ability. It's given to one as a gift from a ring. I'm going to claim my throne and he'll be there to kill me but I can stop him and we can catch him."

"What if we lose?" Sandra asks.

Jayln looked down. "I'll make sure we don't. I'll call and tell them I'm ready to claim my throne and it'll take them two weeks to get ready but I'll be there in a week. You'll all come on the day of the coronation prepared. I'll inform them that someone is going to try and attack that day."

"Are you sure about this?" Dr. Luke asked.

"I'm not letting Nicky go for any reason." She said teleporting home. She appeared in her room and was happy to find it empty. She heard voices downstairs and sighed. Her body was still bruised and injured but she just had to come up with a plan soon. She quickly began to dig through her thins and found a hologram device. She looked the door and sat on her bed. She turned it on and the hologram of a man dressed in armour appeared.

"Princess Jayln, is there anything you need?"

"Hi Finn." She said smiling. "How's the kingdom?"

"Would be better with you around." He said frowning. "You have to make a decision Jayln."

"I know, that's why I'm calling. I've decided to accept the throne, but my uncle wants the throne and he'll be there so you need to be prepared. I'm bringing some people who really want him dead. He killed Nicky."

"He what?! We'll do that. Do you need some invites?"

"I have them already." She said. "I'll be there in a week. I can't wait to see you all."

She put it away and went in to have a shower since it was already morning. She dressed up in the clothes she wore yesterday and went downstairs. Her parents were seated in the parlor with Jaden and the rest. She was shocked to see Drake looking okay. Jaden sensed someone watching them and turned around.

"Jayln!" He ran up to her and pulled her into a tight hug. He kissed her cheek. "Where have you been for the past two day? Some people said you disappeared in the thin air with some other people. Drake said you were fighting some men. What's going in Jay?"

She looked down and stepped away from him. She wanted to cry and hug him but she had to be strong. "It was...it's nothing. Call off the search and I just want to tell my parents something."

Her mum came up to her and hugged her. "What's it honey?"

She sighed. "I have to leave in a week to go and run my kingdom. They need me more than ever mum and I have to go. I won't ever come back and I need you to trust me."

"Do you mind at least giving us some information on what happened?" Nicki asked. "We were worried sick."

Jayln sighed. "Fine, but you can't tell anyone. But first, where are my brothers?"

"They went to have a chat Justin cause they suspect him." Eminem answered. She ran out and the rest followed her in their cars. "She's even faster than our cars!"

"That girl is a mystery." Jaden muttered. She got to Justin's house and saw the press gathered around. She made her way through and saw her brothers shouting at Justin with Kathy stranding behind them looking frustrated. Jayln stepped in between them and everyone gasped.

"You guys need to chill! That's Kathy, my twin sister that you probably forgot! She came to visit Justin!"

"But Jasmine and Lucy said he kidnapped you." Shawn snapped glaring at Justin. She looked at the two girls who were watching.

"No we didn't tell them! We were talking about it and they were spying on us!" Lucy defended.

"Lucy!" Her mum yelled going to hug her. "No more secrets! Everyone...let's go home now!"
