Chapter 4

(The girl's POV)

I've "practiced". I can feel my body now and i can move it. But i keep it to myself. Pretend like i am still unconscious. I don't trust the people i hear, even if they helped me. Something is completely wrong here, something is completely wrong with me. I can't remember anything, but i think the hurricane in my head is keeping all my memories away from me.

Just when i was about to stand up, i heard someone outside the building i was in. A door opened and i heard footsteps.

"I wonder why she isn't waking up." A boy with a clear voice said.

"Yeah, but the back of her head doesn't look so good either." Another boy says.

"What if she suffered a concussion?"

"I think we all did that. Let's go get some of Frypan's food, before it's gone." And then i hear the door slam.

It was all a little blurry when i opened my eyes. I took a quick look around in the building. It didn't look very promising and it seemed like it took the builders 10 minutes to build it.

I slowly opened the door and took a look outside. I couldn't see anyone so i sneaked out. It was only when i got out i saw the place. We were surrounded by giant walls. I saw ivy everywhere on the walls, which would mean they must be really old. I wasn't able to see the sun or the moon, but i knew that the sun was going down and the moon up somewhere. I suddenly felt a big headache and i got dizzy. I looked around for an exit, until i saw a big crack in in the middle of two walls. I jogged clumsy towards the opening, as if i was drunk. Everything was spinning around, but i made it over the exit and ended up surrounded by two big walls. I jogged further until i saw a the walls took a turn. I almost couldn't see anything and i knew i had to stop, but all i wanted was to go home. Out of nowhere i catched a glimpse of a boy. He was running fast right towards me and when he hit me, i fell into the walls behind me and hit my tender spot on the back of my head against them. The pain soaked around in my body and when i looked at the boy again, i felt something. I was afraid of him. I was terrified at the sight of him. He looked like he wanted to hurt me real bad, so i screamed and yelled at him.

"No, no! Leave me! Don't do it! I just want to go home!" I saw him trying to reach out for me, so i kicked and hit as much as i could while i kept screaming.

(Minho's POV)

"Get away from me! Leave me alone!" The girl screamed.

"Chill out! I'm just trying to help you!" I calmly tried to tell her.

Her eyes were red and they radiated fear. Tears were running down her soft cheeks and she looked like i was some kind of monster.

"Look, we need to get back to the Glade before the gates closes." I told her but she kept trying to kick me.

"Newt! Alby!" I called.

"Stay away! Don't touch me!" She cried and i knew something was wrong with her.
