I picked up my phone once again, glancing at the lock screen, saw no notifications, rolled my eyes and plonked it back on my bed. I mentally cursed myself for being so obsessive of a guy I just met. I mean I checked my phone for a text from him every 5 seconds.

My thoughts were interrupted by a bleep sound and I practically launched myself at my phone and quickly snatched it up to read my text.

"Hey beautiful, it's me ;)"

My heart jumped because I instantly knew it was him. As I was just about to open my messages and reply, I stopped myself, thinking how creepy it would be to reply to a text sent hours after I saw him in 0.2 seconds. I clicked my phone back off and just lay on my bed, waiting for a couple minutes to past so I could avoid the stalker zone.

I kept looking at the clock, dying to reply to his message. Time seemed to be standing still. I looked at the clock once again: 1 minute had passed. I let out a sigh and flipped on my other side, letting my thoughts take me into my own world....

"BZZZZZ BZZZZZ"
I jolted back up, catching my breath as I was startled by my phone's vibrations. I sat on my bed for a minute, trying to recall how I dosed off: going home, sitting on my bed, waiting for....... a text from him.

When I remembered I gasped and whipped my head towards my clock. An hour had passed since he texted me! I launched my body at my phone and almost dropped it, because I was frantically trying to reply as quick as possible. I turned on my phone to another notification:

" How are you b?"

I slightly questioned him giving me pet names so early, but whatever feeling that gave me was suffocated by the butterflies I had, since he double texted me. I got my fingers ready and in my mind, sorted through the possible replies I could use.

After some contemplation, I decided with slightly flirty, but not desperate.

" Well I'm good now ;) sorry for late reply was doing stuff "

I flopped, gazing at the roof awaiting a response. Then, almost instantly my phone buzzed.

"Glad to hear that gorgeous, what you up to now? Xx"

To my dismay, I blushed a my lips turned parted into a cheesy grin. I quickly tapped out a reply, read over it a couple times then sent it.

"Not much and yourself? X"

Yes. One x is enough I told myself, don't want to sound too desperate now do we?

Our conversation was easily carried until late hours of the night. Mostly just small talk but through just this conversation I noticed that he was an extremely flirty and forward guy, which made me unsure, but at the same time I didn't question anything, almost as if I was under some kind of charm spell.

It was around 2 hours into our text conversation, where he started to get a little too risky for my taste. He was referring to things he wanted to do to me and saying how he wished I was with him.

I was definitely uncomfortable by this stage, no doubting that, but again that charm he used was my drug and I continued to talk to him. Although what he said made many negative emotions rush through my bloodstream.

"Do you know Cassie?" was the first text that popped up onto my phone.

I raised an eyebrow, wondering where he could be going with this. "Uh, yeah why?" I replied.

"Oh right ok, she's my girlfriend."

What. The. Fuck.

Is this guy serious, flirting with me while he has a girlfriend? I was so angry, my blood boiling.

"You didn't decide to tell me that before you started flirting?" I madly typed, fingers smashing against my screen.

"See that's the thing, seeing you today, you just caught my eye, I am going to break up with her for you"

I was speechless. I felt dizzy from all the emotions and thoughts trying to be processed. I felt like my brain was going into overload.

I just silently stared at the message for what seemed like forever. I had no idea what to say. He should've broken up with his girlfriend before he started talking to me, or at least told me he had a girlfriend from the start. On the other hand I have never been special enough to anyone for them to want to break up with their girlfriend for me. I don't know how he managed to do this, but after it was already made clear that he was a dickhead, I still wanted him. All of him. So i replied...

"Awww, ok x"

My heart was beating so fast, a smile on my face, drifting off into my thoughts when I got another buzz.

"Great, do you want to come to a party this Saturday night?"

I freaked out. One, an attractive guy in inviting me to a party! Two, I have never been to a real party before I can't go by myself. But I really wanted to go.

"Sure, but can my friend Lexi come?"

"Of course xx"

Phew, thank god. I was so excited and texted Lexi the news right away. It was getting close to 2am so I decided to go to bed.

I turned on my side and sighed, thinking about my thoughts on this new guy in my life. Is it a good idea to go for someone who seems so much more experienced than me? Then I thought, I'm not the type of girl to get any guys, especially one like this, so what's the worst that could happen?
