MIKEY'S POV
Tonight is our last show.

I basically told everyone to come to this one because I want everyone to see my promposal.

"I can't believe it's our last show!" Jazmín said.

"I know. It feels like everything went by so fast." I said.

"I'm totally going to cry during senior bows." She said.

"Cause you've been doing this since freshman year." I said.

"Exactly." She said.

Before we knew it, it was time for the curtain to open.

Last time best time.

Jazmín always says opening night is our best night, but I feel really good tonight.

This might be our best night.

I've never felt more confident.

Like the past two nights, the show goes by so quickly.

It was almost time for bows!

After we did our senior bow, it was time to give out flowers to everyone who made this production possible.

I gave my flowers to the music director.

Jazmín was the last to go.

"The last bouquet goes to the man who made all of this possible. He's spent countless hours with us. And it hurts so much to leave him this year. He's basically my dad. Mr. Gardner, come down to get this bouquet." She said tearing up.

He came down.

She gave him the flowers and they hugged.

It was my time.

The curtain was about to close.

"Hold the curtain!" I yelled.

Someone from stage crew handed me a dozen roses.

"Jazmín, I couldn't have done this without all your help. I know I gave you hell the past four years but I'm so incredibly glad you put that behind you and to give me a chance. I honestly have a lot of regrets but going out with you isn't one of them. I love you. And one more question." I said as I looked at the stage manger.

The tapestry came down.

"Prom?" I asked.

"Oh my god yes!" She said hugging me.

"I love you so much." She said.
