Chapter Six: BFFs

Tayla wasn't that bad of a person, and spending an afternoon with her made me realize that. As Tayla was walking out, Alexis Hood, my agent, and Margaret Winsford came in. I pulled Tayla back into the loft. She is going to be my human shield as fittings aren't fun. Tayla leaned closer to me, "Is that Alexis Hood? Keller's agent?" I nodded. Her face turned into a scowl, obviously she still hated me. Or, well, she hated Keller, the other me. "And that's," She pointed to Margaret, "Margaret Winsford the hot new fashion designer, right? What're they doing here?"

If the two of them are here, then it means I have a fitting. Yay. Note the sarcasm. I looked at Tayla who had a sour expression on her face, I then looked back to Alexis. "Hey Alexis, do we have another fitting today?"

"Yep. Dress down to your bra and panties, you know the drill." I rolled my eyes and did as she said. As Magaret was taking measurements, Tayla was looking at me dumbfounded. "What?" I asked.

"How do you know these people?"

"I know a lot of famous people. It comes with the job." I said, rolling my eyes.

"What job?" My eyes widened, oh whoops. Let that slip. I looked at Alexis for help and she oddly stepped up to the challenge.

"She is Keller's look-a-like." Alexis said as though it was the most obvious thing on earth.

Tayla looked back and forth between the two of us. "I don't get it."

"Well," I started. "I fill in for Keller when she's sick. So like at interviews, parties, stuff like that."

"How'd you land a job like that?"

"Because I'm a look-a-like!" I said in my best 'duh' voice.

She looked down at the ground. "Oh."

Nick decided that that was the time that he was going to make his presence known. He stopped when he noticed I was in my bra and panties. He looked me up and down then smirked. "Take a picture, it lasts longer." I said.

Nick raised his eyebrows, "Maybe I will."

"You wouldn't!" He wriggled his eyebrows, I continued, "And it's not the first time you've seen me like this. All those fitting we had together... Remember?"

"Of course I do, love. You just look better everytime." I rolled my eyes,

"I'm done!" Margaret said in her high-pitched bubbly voice. "You can get your clothes back on now. You are going to look killer for the red carpet next month!" She paused and frowned. "You do remember your dieting and fitness schedules I had my son do for you?" I nodded. Her son was Tanner Bright, a well known celebrity trainer.

"Yes, Margaret, I do."

"She also lives by them religiously everyday!" Nick happily stated. Margaret and I just gave him a funny look. "What?"

Margaret and I looked at eachother thinking the same thing, 'is he stupid?'. We both shook our heads. I said my goodbyes to Margaret and Alexis. Once they were gone, I turned to Tayla. "When is your curfew?"

"Um," She looks down at her watch nervously. "My curfew is 11."

"Okay. Wanna go to dinner with us? We made reservations."

She shrugged. "I don't want to barge in. But where is it you have reservations?"

"Toledo's."

Her eyes widened. "You made reservations at Toledo's? Only super rich people can get in there."

"What if I told you that it really isn't that expensive?" Nick piped up. "And that dinner is on me? Then will you come? Because I am hungry and you deciding whether or not you want to come isn't helping my case."

She just stared at him, jaw to the floor, eyes open and everything. "Tayla, you're coming." I stated. I was really hungry too. "And by the way Nick, we're going in the same vehicle. That way you can't fuck up the dinner like last time you promised you'd pay." He looked at me and grinned like a two-year-old at Christmas. We were both remembering that day.

Nick had promised me he'd buy me dinner where ever I wanted, so I chose a nice restaurant. While there, I excused myself to the washroom. Nick had gladly decided to order for us, and ordered nearly the entire menu. When I came back, he was gone. He took my purse and everything. All he left were the keys to my car, since he drove in his own. I had no money on me whatsoever, and when the bill came, I was pissed.

Nick got us kicked out of that restaurant. I never fully trusted him since while we went out. But hey, you can't really blame a girl after that incident.

"Okay." Nick agreed. "We'll take Georgie." Georgie was my Lambourgini. She only seated two though. I pointed that out to him. "Okay then we'll take Naomi." Naomi was a mustang, she seated four. I nodded in agreement and we headed out.

Tayla was commenting how lucky I was to not live my parents, have all this money, yada, yada, yada. Man, was this going to be a long night.

A/N: I know this chapter is short but I really didn't want to leave you guys with a cliffhanger!! (It's because I really do hate them...). This story is taking FOREVER to get out but I'm slowly being healed from the deathly writers block. The reason for this writers block is because of all the songs I've been writing and composing... Me and my friend write and arrange pieces for artists and such and we've been getting a lot of requests... Therefore leaving me with no inspiration left. The more votes I get the more inspiration I have to get the next chapter finished!!! (just saying so please!)
