I woke up the next morning with a killer headache. I sat up and regretted it the second I did it, my head was pounding. "What the hell happened last night?" I say to myself. Seriously though what happened? I can't remember a single thing. I finally gather the energy to get up and out of bed. I walk into the kitchen to see Cadence there drinking a glass of orange juice and Riley laying on the couch watching whatever the hell was on tv.

"So, anyone knows what the hell happened last night?" I ask both of them

Riley looks up, "I have no idea I was as drunk as you were."

I look over to Cadence, "You weren't drunk, how bad was last night?" I ask knowing I don't want to know.

"Yea, we're not going into that."

"It was that bad?"

"You almost hooked up with a random douche bag after he hit on you cause you were streaking down the beach!"

I took a step back, that did not sound like something I would do. But, then again I was drunk I had no idea what I was doing. I decided not to ask anymore about last night, I really did not want to know.

I turned around to head to the bathroom because my head was still pounding and I needed Advil or something for it. After I took the pain medicine, I headed back to the kitchen where Cadence and Riley were still. "Anyone wanna join me at the pool?" I asked both of them.

"Hmm, pool sounds great!" Riley said as she got up heading to our room. I turned to look at Cadence, "You coming too?"

"I'll meet you guys there later."

"Fine suit yourself." I turned and headed to my room to change. As soon as I walk in Riley starts talking, "So, there's this bonfire down at the beach tonight we should totally go." A bonfire did sound like a lot of fun, and maybe I'd even get a guy and have the summer fling I've always wanted. "Yea sure that sounds like fun."

"Great!"

We both got our swimsuits on and headed down to the beach. I asked Cadence one last time if he wanted to join us, he still said no. So, me and Riley headed down to the pool, there was only us there which I liked I didn't want there to be a lot of people there.

Riley found a chair that had the perfect amount of sun so she picked it of course. I sat in the one next to her. The sun felt so good beating on my skin. My headache finally went away after I took that Advil. I closed my eyes and started dozing off when there was a big splash that got me entirely wet. I shot up, "HEY!"

I opened my eyes and there was a guy in the water, he looked about 17. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry." He walked over and handed me his towel to dry off with. I looked up at him, he had a sincere look in his dark brown eyes like he actually was sorry.

"It's fine." Even though it actually wasn't, I wasn't planning on getting wet. He decided to sit down next to me which I didn't mind. This dude was really hot, he had dark brown eyes and brown hair. He had a six pack as well.

"I'm Bailey." I finally said after admiring his gorgeousness for a while.

"I'm Ashton" he said. I love that name Ashton, it fits him perfectley.

"I like that name" I said like a dork, and even more like a dork I said, "you going to the bonfire down at the beach tonight?" I looked over at Riley to see if she was listening to us, of course she was.

"I wasn't planning on it, but if you're going to be there I'll definitely come." He smiles a genuine smile when he said that which gave me butterflies. This might be the guy that can get me over Cadence.

"Great, I guess I'll see you there"

"Can't wait." He got up after that and walked out the gate for the pool. I was left there smiling like an idiot. As soon as he left Riley shot up, "Oh my God girl, get you sooome." I laughed at this

"Shut up Riley" she knew I didn't mean it, I was still laughing when I said it.

After about a few hours of tanning we decided to head back up to the room to get changed for the party.
