❝ hey, you okay sweetheart?  ❞ sam asked as he placed his free hand on top of yours, while softly clutching your small hands. you looked at him with a small smile and nodded,

❝ i wonder what's going on. ❞ your eyebrows furrowed – worried. days before it was never  easy every morning,

you're always feeling dizzy and felt like you'd vomit any second which you actually would every now and then. sam was getting worried as well and he doesn't like seeing you suffer.

earlier when you woke up and stumbled on your feet due to dizziness, that was the last straw until he finally persuaded of the both of you to go to the hospital for a check–up. and now you're feeling nervous,

fulls of what if i have an unknown sickness that might break our relationship? or what if my body is just really acting weird?

thoughts were cut off when your car stopped in front of the hospital as you looked at sam, he sent you a reassuring smile as you sighed in relief. both leaving their cars and off to your family doctor's office.

the smell of hand sanitizer filled your nose as you entered the office, the doctor's secretary sat straight on her chair as she filled some papers at the same time conversing happily with the little children who are waiting for their parents.

❝ oh hello there, Mr. and Mrs. Uley! it's been awhile since the last time we've seen each other! ❞ the secretary beamed as she ushered for the both of you to sit down which you willingly did.

she smiled,  ❝ you can wait here for a moment, Dr. Collin is inside with another patient. don't you worry for it won't be too long. they were here since . . ❞ she glanced at her watch and then again shifted her attention to the both of you

❝ ten minutes ago, i believe they will be done by any minute now. ❞ she gave the couple a smile as she gave you a form which you completely filled in. sighing in delight when you were finished as a couple came out from the room.

❝ oh there! let's go! ❞ the secretary beamed as her brown hair bounced up and down, grabbing her files — she then proceeded to walk inside the room.

there, a desk was laid along with a hospital bed at the very end of the office. walls painted light gold with family pictures hanging, her table was plain white and everything is organized.

rheya harper collin, it read on an average sized signage that stood on her desk. the said doctor looked up and gave a smile, her short black hair bouncing up and down when she stood up and reached her hand towards the both of you for a shake.
