Years pass and the kids are 5 years old. The palace is filled with their laughter. When not busy, Ammu loves spending time with his junior Devasenas and grandson Baahubali. One day he takes his daughters to the garden. Ammu carries Krishna on his neck and her sisters on his either shoulders.

K: Nanna, this flower is so beautiful! What is the name of this flower?

A: It is a rose ma..

H: This smells so good.. what is the name of this flower nanna ?

A: Oh that one is a jasmine ma..

P: What about the big flower in the pond there ??

A: Aah ! That is lotus! Amma's favourite flower.

He chuckles and placing them carefully down gets into the pond and plucks the lotuses for them. The girls holding each one in their tiny palms pinching their silk skirt in their free hand run into the palace their anklet sounds echoing through the corridors. Ammu follows them.

A: Careful ma.. go slowly else you will fall.

D sitting on her bed giggles as she hears her daughters voices. They come in running and jump on her smothering her with kisses.

"Amma, see what we got for you !!"

They hand her the lotuses which she takes and gives them a kiss each on their rosy cheeks.

D: Wow ! So beautiful ! Thank you my darlings. How do you know I like these ??

Krishna points to the door to show her father but Ammu quickly hides and placing his finger on his lips gestures her not to tell.

D: What is it there Krishna ?

She shakes her head.

K: No nothing amma.

But Devasena notices Ammu's vastra fluttering and smiles.

D: Ammu, I saw you ! Come out !

Ammu comes out from his hiding wearing a huge grin on his face. He plops on the bed and rests his head on her lap.

A: Aaahh... how many days after I placed my head in your lap like this.

D: What is this Ammu ?? You told them I love lotuses.

A: See our daughters got lotuses for you with love. You should not let it go to waste.

He winks his eyes at her and her cheeks turn to a hue of pink at his tease. The girls get busy pulling their nanna's hair and jumping over him.

A: Aaahhh my hair !! Hamsa... no !! Ouch... Padma !! Krishnaa leave me ma!!

Suddenly he feels a weight on his torso.

J: Thaatha !!! You didn't wait for me !!
I also want to play with you!!!

He takes them all in his embrace. His daughters tugging his hairs on one end and grandson jumping on him Amarendra Bahubali, the great warrior and son of Mahishmati becomes a child with them. Devuu, with a hand supporting her chin laughs seeing their antics.

He pretends to cry and pulls her. She lands on his chest and he slides one arm around her waist.

D: Abbo... leave me Ammu...I have work..

He pecks her cheek and her eyes go wide.

D: Ammu infront of kids...chi.. How did you become so shameless? You were better off when we were young.

As if calling her for help, he kisses her.

After a long and hectic day Mahe returns to his chamber. Avanti takes his sword and turban leaves it aside. As she turns, he tugs her pallu and she loses her balance falling back onto his lap. He hugs her rubbing his lips on the crook of her neck.

M: It's been a while since I painted a tattoo on you... shall I ??

Av: Why not ? Pls come to our room first my tattoo artist..

M: Oh you have already arranged it with flowers ?? Oh my pacha bottu !!

M scoops her in his arms and walks to their bed but almost drops her when he sees his little sisters sleeping soundly on their bed. Their son is also fast asleep on one corner of the bed.

M: What is this Avanti ?? Why aren't they with amma and nanna ??

Av: Today is their wedding anniversary so I took the girls here.
