Demi POV

When I got back to the house he was just sitting there waiting for me to come in. I know this isn't going to be pretty.

"Do you love her?" asked Kent running his fingers through his hair.

"What? No. I've only known her for a few weeks and we're just friends." I say.

"You are really fucking this up" says Kent laughing.

"What are you talking about?" I ask.

"You'll be just like me in no time," says Kent. "You were pulling shit like this before you left."

"I wasn't pulling any type of stunt," I say. "I was venting to a friend."

"Now she knows about me." says Kent.

"She knew about you before, her dad is your dealer." I say.

"Look, I don't give a fuck about her... you should stay away from her," says Kent. "she's not what she says she is."

"I don't want to talk about this" I say going into the bathroom.

"God you can be such a bitch sometimes" says Kent.

"That's funny, I was thinking the same about you." I say slamming the door.

What's crazy is, he's gonna wake up and act like everything is fine. I don't know how long I can do this.

The next morning

Kehlani POV

"Didnt I tell you to stay the fuck away from that girl?" says Frank. " Now look at your nose all fucked up."

"I'm fine, can you not give me shit for this" I say. "You said my dick would fall off...I still have it by the way."

"Keep being smart, Nami" says Frank. "On a better note you did good not getting the cops involved.."

Its weird that I live for this type of praise from my dad. He never got too excited when I did good in school but when he found out I did something to protect my family, he gave me the most praise.

I hear a knock at the door. I go over to the camera to see Demi standing there.

"Dad can you like go do something?" I say going to the door.

"Fine, I'll let you do your thing." says Frank putting his hands up and walking away.

"Hey, what brings you by?" I ask opening the door.

"I got you breakfast and I wanted to make sure you were ok" says Demi with food bags in her hands. "I don't know what you like so I got different stuff"

"Thanks" I say helping her with the bags. "Come in, we can sit out here and eat"

"I was thinking we could go to your room, I need to talk" says Demi.

Fuckkkk... Ok I'm making this way more then it is. I never had someone in my room besides my parents.

"Sure, yeah" I say. "Follow me"

"Your house is really nice" says Demi.

"You've been here before" I say with a laugh.

"Yeah but only in the living room" says Demi as I open my room door.

"You can sit the food on my desk" I say going in my closet.

"Awww it's cute in here" says Demi with a smile. "You're into anime?"

She only said that because I have posters plastered everywhere.

"Yeah, I just started watching One Punch Man, it's pretty epic" I say. "Have a seat" rolling the chair out of the closet.
