Roommates (Bellarke fanfic)

Chapter 3

Clarke's pov

I had the last class with Monty and Jasper.

"So, do you want to hang out after school?" Jasper asked.

"Yeah, why not. Where should we go?" I ask.

"I have no idea." Monty says and laughs.

"Of course you don't. You can't make decisions." Jasper says and laughs. Monty hits him on the arm.

"I can." Monty says seriously.

"How about we go to my place? Well I have a roommate, but I think it's going to be ok." I say and they agree.

We are walking to my place and we are talking. We have alot of in common. I think we are going to be good friends. We get to my place and we start playing one of Bellamy's games.

I hear the door open and Bellamy walks in.

"Hi." I say and smile.

The boys look shocked to see Bellamy.

"He is my roommate." I say before they have time to ask anything.

"Why are there boys here? Don't you remember the rules that we made?" He asks and he sounds mad.

"I-I thought it would be okay. We are just friends and I don't know anyone else here. " I say and look at him.

"I don't care. Rules are rules. You can make some girl friends at school. Now out, both of you." Bellamy says and looks at Monty and Jasper.

"Are you serious? Let them stay. You can stay here and watch if you want. Nothing is going to happen." I say and look at him.

"I have something better to do than babysit you guys." Bellamy says.

Monty and Jasper start walking to the door. Bellamy follows them and makes sure that they leave.

"Why did you do that? I think the rule is stupid anyways. We should be allowed to have friends over." I say and look at him when he comes back from the front door.

"We agreed on the rules." He says and sits down on the couch.

"Why are you so worried about me having friends over? Do you think that we are just going to start making out or something?" I say and look at him.

"No, I don't think that would happen." He says.

"I don't think you are good enough for even them." He says after a small break.

I don't say anything I just grab my keys and my phone and start walking to the door. I feel tears in my eyes. Why is he so mean?

"Clarke, I didn't mean it. Please." I hear Bellamy say. He is following me.

I quickly get out and close the door before he gets out.

When I get out I just start running, I don't know where I am going. I just need to get away from Bellamy. Before I know it I am in a new neighbourhood. I am lost. I look at my phone and it doesn't have any battery. I don't know what to do. I am really scared. I sit down on a bench. There are no people around so I can't ask for help. I start crying and think about how I am going to have to spend the night outside.

"Clarke?" I hear and look up.

It's Finn.

"Finn." I say and get up. I walk to him.

"What are you doing here. It's 9pm. Shouldn't you be home already?" He asks.

"I got in a fight with Bellamy and I ran outside. I got lost and my phone doesn't have any battery so I couldn't call anyone." I say and look down.

"Hey it's okay." Finn says and lifts my head up.

"I can take you home. I have lived here all my life. I know this place really well." Finn says and smiles.

When we get to my place Finn walks me to the door. Just as I am about to open the door Bellamy opens it. It looks like he is in a rush.

"Oh." I say and move so that Bellamy doesn't run into me.

"Where are you going?" I ask and look at him.

"I was going to look for you. Why is you here?" he asks and looks at him.

"I found Clarke. She was lost. I can't believe that she was out for 2 hours and you were about to go look for her just now." Finn says.

"It's non of your business." Bellamy says.

"Yes it is. I am friends with Clarke. You live with here, it was your fault she lost. So if something would have happened to her it would have been your fault." Finn says.

"Stop." I say and they both look at me.

"I am home now. Thanks to you Finn. Thank you for everything." I say and smile. I hug him and I open the door. I walk in and Bellamy follows.

"Clarke, I am sorry. I shouldn't have said those things." Bellamy says.

"It wasn't true what I said about you not being good enough for them." Bellamy says.

"Bellamy." I say.

"You are way too good for them in my opinion." Bellamy says and we both smile.

"Well good night." Bellamy says and rushes into his room.

Tonight I saw a new side of Bellamy. A Bellamy that cares about others. I just hope that he will stay like this and not turn into the idiot he was earlier.

I can see where my readers are from and it's weird to see that 5% of my readers are from the same county that I am from.
