Chapter 13

Clarke's pov

It's lunch time and Jasper, Monty and Finn have the later lunch. So they won't be eating with us. I take my food and sit down at our table. I see Atom come in and Bellamy walks behind him. Both of them sit at my table. Bellamy next to me and Atom across from me.

"Who is this?" Bellamy asks and looks at Atom angrily.

"Atom, my friend." I say and start eating.

"And how long have you been friends for then?" He asks.

"Since yesterday." I answer.

"You really don't remember me Clarke." Atom says.

"What?" I ask confused.

"My brother was your brothers best friend when we were little. His name is Sterling." Atom says.

"Oh my, how could I forget. I knew that you looked familiar some how." I say and laugh.

Bellamy is sitting quietly next to us.

"Why didn't you tell me yesterday?" I ask.

"I thought you knew honestly, but when you asked me about my family and stuff I realized. And decided to tell you later." Atom laughs.

"So you really thought that I was a stranger." He asks.

"Well, like I said I knew you from school." I say.

"Wait, let me get this straight. You thought you were inviting a strange into your house last night." Atom

"What the hell Clarke? Why was he at our house?" Bellamy yells.

"Because I invited him over." I say.

"We have rules." Bellamy says.

"Where we're you last night anyways?" I ask.

"I stayed over at my friends house." Bellamy says.

"Girl or guy." I say.

"It was a guy, geez Clarke." Bellamy says.

"Hey Bellamy!" I hear Gina yell and see her walking towards our table.

"Why is she here?" I mumble under my breath.

"Oh why am I here?" She asks. How did she hear that? Does she have some sort of super hearing?

"Bellamy, you forgot your keys at my place last night." Gina says and hands him his keys.

"Oh."  I say and turn to look at Bellamy.

Gina leaves and Atom looks down at the table. He knows that we are about to start fighting.

"I didn't know Gina was a guy." I say.

"Yeah, well you had Atom over." Bellamy says.

"We are just friends. And just fyi he stayed the night aswell." I say and get up.

"What the hell Clarke? We have rules. Why are you having boys over?" He says.

"Don't you remember how you acted last night. I needed someone to talk to. Atom was there. Unlike you. And you stayed over at Gina's. Don't try and make it seem like you did nothign wrong." I say and grab my tray.

"Atom, wanna walk me to class?" I ask.

"Clarke don't you dare." Bellamy says. The whole cafeteria is looking at us. Bellamy has apparently always gotten what he wants with girls. Not this time.

"Watch me. I am not a push over. Get used to it." I say and start walking.

I hear Atom getting up from his seat and walking towards me.

"Why did you do that?"He asks.

"Do what?" I say.

"Act that way towards Bellamy. I would be mad too if my girlfriends had a guy over." He says.

"He stayed over at Gina's. He knows how much I hate her and she is a girl. Bellamy messed up as much as I did." I say and we reach my classroom.

"Just make sure you don't mess up your relationship by acting like that. You don't need to try and be mean and badass. Just be yourself." He says and leaves.
