:When life set into some sort of normalcy Damara didn't bother with the queen's grace, locking it away in her jewelry box. Instead opting to just spend time with the family they had built. Currently laying her head in Karkat's lap as they watched tv, Kankri completely asleep on Cronus while Finley and Dean were off in cahoots somewhere.
That somewhere being the bedroom they came out of, utterly excited as they trade back and forth in talking. "Guess who's going on a bonified vacation to Miami ?"
"All of us!"

Damara raised an eyebrow but smiled nonetheless. "So that's what you two have been up to."

KARKAT: Karkat was contently petting Damara's hair. He was glad they were finally able to stop all the fighting and well at least they weren't getting hunted down by someone with desperate intent on killing them. Karkat was about to fall asleeo when Dean and Finley came into the room. He jumped a little and looked at them, rubbing his eyes. He looked extremely confused. "What?"

"And Rosa would like to see to off you, along with with grandma megido. So we got room for everyone at the Skia towers to go stay for the week."
"With the way this is planned it'll be the perfect weekend, but we have to leave tomorrow." They explained together. Damara watching the two with a soft smile. "Okay."
"Sounds like a nice time to me."
"Hun?" She asked Karkat with the same smile.

KARKAT: Karkat looks nervous about it but he seems to be outnumbered. He just smiles a bit hesitantly. "It...sounds great."

:Damara noticed his apprehension. "The boys have planning this for what a week now? I'm sure everything will be just fine." She said as she leaned up to kiss him on the cheek.

:Damara fell asleep not long after, Cronus picking up Kankri and taking him to bed as well Dean fighting sleep for an hour or two before he was out as well

: "No, but it's nicer now since angels don't have to sleep as much." He said with a shake of his head as he glanced out one of the large windows of the apartment.
