I woke up feeling the sudden heat the sunrays provided through the shielding known as the window. As much as I want to stay in bed right now, I can't so I decided to that I must get up. I expected to find Niall once I entered the kitchen, but instead I found a ripped piece of paper  taped to the fridge in his place.

Morning Princess

Sorry I left. We had to shoot a video

But I'll be back for a break at around

1:00.  XX

        -Niall

I checked the clock to see when Niall should to be back- 15 minutes. While he returned I decided to cook some pancakes because let's be honest, waking up in the afternoon gives you a great appetite and right at the moment, my hunger is real.

Before I knew the pancakes were done, along with the bacon I cooked with it. You can't just have bare pancakes. Just when I was about to start eating, I heard the door open and Niall's footsteps approaching. Of course he would come into the kitchen first.

"Hey!" Niall said giving me a light kiss on my forehead. "It smells great,"

"You came right on time. You want some?" I said knowing the answer right away.

"Oh yes, I'm starving." He said sitting in front of me. Not very surprising.

"So, Princess, how are you doing?" He asked referring to the events that accurred last night.

"I guess I'm fine," I said and stayed silent for a few moments while Niall was expentantly staring at me, knowing I'm obviously not.

"I just thought he would change." I said. "Countless times he told my mom and I that things would be different- that he would be different. After all those years of pretending that nothing had happened, my mom and I, we just kept hoping. Hoping that we would eventually forget, and go on being the family we once were, or well, thought we were." I finally said.

"Could you? You know, become the 'family you were'?" Niall asked.

"Well, as much as I wanted to think that none of it happened, I just couldn't and I still can't keep denying the obvious truth. I have to face the facts, people can't change, and my father hasn't been the greatest example to prove that theory or me otherwise." I said sadly but honestly.

Niall then leaned over and wiped a tear that had unnoticeably made it's way down my cheeck with his thumb.

"Don't cry Princess." he said looking at my eyes with his own pair of beautiful, deep blue eyes. I had to smile at the sight.

"Listen, I have to go back and keep shooting the music video in about 20 minutes."

"It's okay. You can go," I said. " I'll be fine."

"You say that a lot. And even though I completely know you will, I was kind of hoping that you'd go with me."

"Really? Are you sure?"

"Yeah, If that's fine with you."

I kissed Niall letting him know my answer and went to take a quick shower. Niall had thought ahead and bought me some things that I would need in order to spend the weekend here. After I was done, we headed to the Clevedon Pier, where the boy's "You and I," video was traking place.

"LIZZ!!" Harry exclaimed once he noticed my being here.

"Haz, you saw me the other day. There's no need to squish the life out of me," I said trying to breath.
