You used to be

You used to be my one and only
But it seems you had everybody
You used to be there for me
Even though you loved only she

Why did it have to be like this?
When we once had mere bliss
How did we ever end up this far?
You who left me with a one big scar

This is my poem for you my dear
I waited so long for you to hear
I left a message for you to see
So long, for now I'm setting you free
