The next day I decided not to go to school. My mom was cool with it considering we usually don't do anything the last week of school. When my mom picked me up you could tell I had been crying. When she asked me what was wrong I just made up some excuse that a friend showed me a sad video. Then, when I got home I went straight to my room and laid down.

Thinking back about what happened yesterday makes me so angry. How could he just let Tiffany be close to him like that. Then he actually thought he could defend his actions. My head shakes at the thought of it.

Jess said she was coming over today, she decided to just not go to school the last two days as well. She said she had something crazy to tell me, but in the back of my head I'm nervous she'll try to ask me what my fight with Alex was about.

Alex. I really don't know what to think about him or us at this point. I love him, I really do love him. But what am I suppose to do about what he's done.

In the back of my mind, I feel like I should still try to talk to him. But what if he doesn't want to talk to me after what I said. I don't even know why I said it. I was just so angry at the thought of him being close to Tiffany.

Downstairs I can hear a knock on the door. My mom is downstairs so I just let her answer it. I hear some people talking a seconds later I hear footsteps coming from the hallway. Jess peeks her head into my room and smiles, "Hey girl." she says walking over to my bed and sits down.

"Hey." I reply.

"So guess what dumbass Alex did last night?" She says and I look at her, "What?" I ask.

"He went all Hulk on his wall and broke his wrist." She tells me and my eyes widen.

"What?!" I say sitting up really fast.

"Yeah he was mad as hell yesterday after we got back from school. He went into his room then a few minutes later I heard a bang. I went into his room and he was laying on his bed holding his wrist. My mom and I had to drive him to the hospital and he had to get a cast put on. He has to wear it for like four weeks." She explains.

"Oh my god, why the hell would he do that?" I said while covering my face.

"So what happened with you and your mom?" Jess asks me and a look of confusion covers my face.

"What are you talking about?"

"Alex said that you were fighting with your mom. Then you were trying to talk with him about and that's why you two were fighting in the hall."

"Oh, it was nothing honestly just a regular mother and daughter argument." I said while shrugging.

At least I know now that Alex is actually holding his promise now.

"What are you doing tomorrow?" Jess asks.

"My cousin Brittany is coming in the morning so I'll probably just hang out with her."

"How long is she staying?"

"Just for a few days."
