Chapter 16 - First Date?

Virgil P.O.V.

I'm feeling better now. The weight on my shoulders is now as light as a feather. It's only been a day since I had my anxiety attack. Mt body is still sore, but the only thing I can do is wait for the pain to go away. I still haven't talked to Roman again about our 'feelings'. I hate that word. Even though it feels amazing, I don't like to use it. I don't know why, but whatever. I asked Roman to meet me in the living room at 5 p.m. It is now 4:45 p.m. He should be here soon.

Logan and Patton are currently with Thomas. They went shopping for some new clothes because Logan was sick of seeing Thomas in the same outfit. Patton joined in because, well, I don't really know why, but I assume it's to spend more time with Logan. They've been trying to keep their thing secret, but it's not really working. Every night, one or the other sneaks into the other's room. But I rarely sleep whenever they do so I can hear their footsteps. I support their relationship though. Logan could use a bit more sensibility and Patton could benefit learning a thing or two about real life, science and all that kind of serious stuff.

I looked at the time. 5:05 p.m. He should be here already! What is taking him so long! Then suddenly I hear his steps coming down the stairs. As I can finally see his face I notice something, different. I can't quite say what yet. Oh...

"Did you put glitter on your eyelids?" I ask raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"You noticed! I didn't think you would!"

"It's kind of hard to miss..." I reply taking a sip of my hot tea.

"Does it look good though? I wanted to look good for our first date."

I choke. Our first date?! I didn't even ask him out! I told him to join me so we could talk about 'us'! I didn't know he took that as a date!

"Are you okay?" he asks.

"Uh... Sorry, but I think you misunderstood what I meant. I told you to come here so we could talk..."

"Don't worry," he say "I can be patient if I want to."

Suddenly, he stares me in the eyes and keeps getting closer and closer to my face. My heart is racing. What is he doing? My blood is pumping like it never did before. I feel a strange feeling in my stomach like I'm gonna throw up. He closes his eyes and before I knew it, I could feel his soft and warm lips against mine. I close my eyes. He then grabed my head to pull me closer to him making the kiss even more intense. He then tries to pull back, but I follow his lips, not wanting to let go. This feeling is something I've never felt. A feeling of excitement, danger and safety, all at the same time.

"You're a good kisser for a beginner, Virgil."

"You're pretty good as well Roman."

"I've had practice before." he replies. I look at him confused.

"This is not your first time?! Who else did you kiss?"

"I can't tell you ALL my secrets! I wouldn't have any left for you to figure out in the future!"

A/N: Only two chapters left! AHHHHH! I'm kinda sad it's almost done but everything has an end :) Though I am currently writing another fanfiction but about Logicality this time! Let me know if you would be intrested in reading it! :D
