I wake up and do my hygiene thing. I then get dressed

I go downstairs and smell pancakes

I walk into the kitchen sbd see my mom frying some.

"Hey sweetie" she turns around

"Hey" i sit down on the bar stall

"Where you off to?"

"Im going to the mall with my friends. Hayden and leilani"

"Leilani's the new one right?"

"Yea"

She fixes me a plate then puts it in front of me

"Thank you"

I do a quick prayer then start eating

I finish my food then get up

"Ight bye"

I give her a quick hug then leave the house

I get to the mall then call leilani

"Hey"

"Where you at"

"Food court"

"Ight im coming"

I hang up the phone

I then call hayden

"Hola, donde tu en?"

"You always on yo fake Spanish shit"

I laugh

"Where you at?"

"Giro de vuelta"

"Nigga fuck that mean?"

Someone taps my back

I turn around and see him

"Turn around" he smirks

I hug him then we walk to the food court with his arm over my shoulder

Bruh. Everyones always using my shoulders as a damn arm rest

Once we get to the food court i look around and spot leilani

We go over to her

"Hey girl"

"Hey"

I sit down and hayden sits next to me

"Ok so leilani this hayden, hayden this leilani"

"Wassup" hayden says

"Hey"

There was an awkard silence

"So what did you guys do yesterday"

"Nuning"

I straight face him

"Leilani?"

"I watched netflix"

"Wow. Y'all got some exciting lives"

"Mhm"

"Lets do sumin" i say getting up

"Like what?" Hayden asks

"Uhh lets go to the movies"

We get up then go

We get popcorn and go to our seats

Haydens sitting in the middle and me and leilani are sitting either side of him

After a while of watching the movie hayden got bored and went on his phone
